Boring, providing and installing Bored cast-in-situ reinforced cement Concrete pile of specified diametre and length below the pile cap in cement concrete 1 :1.5:3 ( 1 cement, 1 .5 Coarse sand,& 3 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) to carry a safe working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including Bentonite solution machinery charges labour chargres etc., all complete. (Length of pile for payment shall be measured from bottom pile to the bottom of pile cap).

Reinforced Cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, Two M.sand, four aggregate) using 20mm gauge hand broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick and compacted,etc., complete complying with standard specfication.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel reinforcement grills of all variety like HYSD/CTD/TMTand all grade like Fe 500, Fe550D, Fe 500 D etc., for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel reinforcement and G.I. binding wire, wastage etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel reinforcement and binding wire) (S.No:168-SD Book Vol-I )

Supplying and erecting centering to sides and soffits including supports and strutting with necessary cross bracing for plain surface such as RCC slabs rectangular beams all beams lintels etc., centering for soffits upto 3 meter height using mild steel sheet of size 90 cm x 60 cm x 10 mm gauge with MS angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver oak (CW) joists of size 10cm x 6cm spaced upto 90cm c/c and casurina props or 10 cm to 13 cm dia spaced at 0.750 cm c/c complying with standard specifications as per TNDSS NO : 30 & 86.

Brick Work in Cement Mortor 1:5 Mix (one cement, five M- Sand) using new best Fly Ash Bricks 230X110X70mm from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with std. specifications.(For 10 M3)Sub Total

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five Plastering sand), 12mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (S.No:297-SD Book Vol-I )

Painting two coats over new iron works with Enamel paint of approved colour and quality including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges and other incidental charges to site etc., complete. as per standard specification Item No.368 of Volume-I
