Wet Mix Macadam (Stabalized) Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material with S.S. grade emulsion 3.5% and 1% cement by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with soil compector to achieve the desired density. Analysis of rate for RAP (Type-2) Recycling asphalt and Granular pavement by cold milling using truck mainted/self propeeled cement/lime spereader. The cement/lime spreader shall have vartable working width with microprocessor controlled spray rate though augers and cellular wheels the aggregates shall be in situ pulverzed/stablize with 3.5% S.S. grade emulsion, 1% cement and 15% using nominal fresh aggregate size aggregate using four wheeled drive recycler, the recycirs. shall have working depth upto 50 cm with variable depth control system. Compacting with soil compector to achive desire unconfined compressive stregth and from a layer of base (for compected thickness 10 cm) Including labour, material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I also including all taxes, labour cess, but excluding GST

Providing and applying tack coat-1 with bitumen using pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared non bituminous surface cleaned with hydrolic broom as per temechanical specificatiob clause 503. Including labour, material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I also including all taxes, labour cess, but excluding GST

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous(Grade-II) macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects. Including labour, material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I also including all taxes, labour cess, but excluding GST.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete(Grade-II) with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premix with bituminous binder @ 5.4 % of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects. Including labour, material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I also including all taxes, labour cess, but excluding GST.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2. as per MORT&H specification No-305 (sr. No.3.16) Including labour, material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I also including all taxes, labour cess, but excluding GST.
