ROAD WORK

2.1: Clearing Grass and Removal of Rubbish Clearing grass and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 30m outside the periphery of the area as per Technical Specification Clause 201. By Manual Means

3.5.2: Excavation in Soil with Dozer with lead upto 100 m <br> Excavation for roadway in soil by mechanical means including cutting and pushing the earth to site of embankment upto a distance of 100 m, including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections

3.8.2: Excavation in Ordinary Rock with Dozer with lead upto 100 m <br> Excavation for roadway in ordinary rock by deploying a dozer D-50 including cutting and pushing the cut earth to site of embankment upto a distance of 100 m (average lead 50m), trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with the requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections with lift upto 1.5 m.

3.3: Construction of Embankment with Material Obtained from Roadway Cutting <br> Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5

3.14: Construction of Subgrade and Earthen Shoulders<br> Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1.

3.15.2: Compacting Original Ground<br> (ii) Compacting original ground supporting subgrade<br> Loosening of the ground upto a level of 300 mm below the subgrade level, watered, graded and compacted in layers to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 for subgrade construction as per Technical Specification Clause 303.5.2.

4.11.1: Granular sub-base/base/surface course with local materials (Table 400.13) by mix in place method normal. Construction of granular sub-base by providing local material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at once and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401.4 as per Technical Specification Clause 408. <br> (i) Using naturally occuring gravel

75.8.1: Providing Plain cement concrete for road work CC 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 fine aggregate: 4course aggregate) laid to required slope and camber in panels (@ 3 m c/c) as required including compaction, finishing and tamping etc .complete. Max. size of courseaggregate not exceeding 25mm , mixed in concrete mixer etc complete as per specification (i) Nominal mix (1:2:4)

OD43170/2024-2025: Providing and fixing in position Bitumen felt type - 3 grade I (Two layer)<br>for Expansion Joints Including all charges to complete as per direction of engineer in charge at site.

INAUGRATION STONE

2.8.1: Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.All kinds of soil

OD43188/2024-2025: Laterate masonry with neatly dressed laterate stone of size 30x20x20cm or nearest size in cement mortar 1:6 for foundation and basement including all cost of materials, labour charges etc.

13.1.1: 12 mm cement plaster of mix:1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand)

13.43.1: Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface:Water thinnable cement primer

13.47.1: Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade:New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm)

16.86.1: Providing and laying gang saw cut 18 mm thick, mirror polished pre moulded and pre polished machine cut granite stone of required size and shape of approved shade, colour and texture in footpath, flooring in road side plazas and similar locations, laid over 20 mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.Area less than 0.50 sqm.
