Repairs to 01 cusec capacity end suction pump of Khanpora LIS by way of decoupling of the pump from the motor, dismantling it from base frame, suction and delivery side, bringing it to upper contour, Complete dismantling of pump at and extraction of damaged parts by engaging skilled manpower and special tools at site. Providing and fitting of bearing No. 6308 (02 No.) of any reputed make and its adequate greasing. Removing of broken/damaged studs/bolts from pump body, boring and tapping along with fasteners of suitable size. Assembling of pump at after carrying out all required repair/ replacements at site and testing on full load. Job includes all charges for handling, loading all tools and tackles required for proper execution of work shall be provided by the firm.
Providing and fitting TC-14 tyre coupling at site with coupling bolts (01 no.) etc. complete set.
Providing and fitting of palmative gland packing (01 kg) & assorted size nuts and bolts (2kg).
Providing and fitting of 150 mm dia rubber washers (02 no.)
Providing and fitting of 04 mm thick leather washer for 125 mm foot valve at site including cutting charges.
