Repairing of AC unit assly of CK300 Hydraulic Shovel machine CK770 at ADIC Kusunda Area

Jobs to be done: DESCRIPTION OF WORK Repairing/Reconditioning of Air Conditioning (AC) System 1. Supply and charging of Refrigerant Gas R-134A as required. 2. Repairing of AC condenser, including cleaning, pressure testing and leak rectification. 3. Supply and replacement of new AC compressor suitable for the machine. 4. Supply and filling of AC compressor oil as per manufacturer’s recommendation. 5. Supply and replacement of receiver dryer. 6. Supply and replacement of new expansion valve. 7. Supply and replacement of 24V thermostat and V-belt as required. 8. Supply and replacement of AC hose pipe – 12 mm and 10 mm as required. 9. Supply and fitting of 90° end fitting – 12 mm. 10. Supply and fitting of 90° end fitting with charging port – 12 mm. 11. Supply and fitting of 90° end fitting – 10 mm. 12. Supply and fitting of 90° end fitting with charging port – 10 mm. 13. Supply and fitting of 90° end fitting – 8 mm. 14. Repairing of AC evaporator, including leak testing and necessary rectification. General Scope • The repairing work shall include complete dismantling, inspection, cleaning, repairing/replacement, assembly, leak testing, vacuuming and commissioning of the AC system, wherever required. • All required materials, consumables, fittings, refrigerant, tools, tackles and skilled manpower/labour necessary for completion of the work shall be arranged by the contractor. • The AC system shall be pressure tested and checked for leakage after completion of repair. • Refrigerant gas shall be charged to the required pressure/quantity after ensuring proper vacuuming of the system. • The complete AC system shall be tested under operating conditions and handed over in proper working condition. • The quoted rate shall be inclusive of all material, labour, transportation, tools & tackles and other incidental charges required for satisfactory completion of the work.
