Notes for srl Item No 2 & 3 :- (i) Replacement of major parts required at site, shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule here in after as ‘supply only’ . (ii) Necessary T&P i.e. ladder, tools etc required for checking and making the lift/elevators in serviceable conditions, its fixing in position and testing shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost for checking. (iii) The machanic will fully check both the lift and its major parts and give his suggestion for /repair/replacement of that parts so that maintenance can be carried out before any major fault in the lift. (iii) Required nuts, bolts, screws,oil,fuse, and grease, insulating tapes, internal wiring wire consumable lubricant for topping up and other minor items excluding the required spares parts for repairing and operating the lift/elevators in serviceable condition, will be arranged & supplied by the contractor and cost of which is deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor in above respective item. (iv) Contractor’s quoted rates is deemed to include for inspection/checking/ adjustment / caliberation and setting to insure the serviceability of the Lift/elevators and removing the damaged unserviceable / broken parts, fixing the new parts as required, and testing of lift/elevators as directed

Supply only track roller, complete all as specified and directed. Make: ECE/Johnson/OTIS/Eagle Elevator as approved by AGE.

Supply only Limit switch ,(31 mm OD x15 mm) complete all as specified and directed. Make: ECE/Johnson/OTIS/Eagle Elevator as approved by AGE.

Supply only door oil, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fixing Automatic rescue divice(ARD) for OTIS Lift display system for 3 phase, of cap 5-50 HP of operating voltage 380-415 volt AC weight 40 Kg Make OTIS along with all wiring connected DBs required accessories and checking /testing/ calliberation/ of the lift after fixing the divice all as specified and as directed by engr- in- charge at site.

General notes for contract:- (i) Contractor will make the payment of tradesmen/operator/mazdoor through bank account only though ECS/NEFT/Cheque. Bank statement in respect of payment made to all employees/labours will be submitted 5th day of every month after paymnt and before RAR payment. (ii) A certificate as per given in PS clause for paying the EPF to all employees/labours be submitted by contractor before claming RAR payment. (ii) Group insurance of employed labours/tradesmen will be done by contractor and the copy of the same be submitted in the office as per labour regulation act. (iv) ID proof and a police verification of all labours/tradesmen/supervisor be submitted in AGE(I) office immediately after acceptence of tender to issue security passes. (v) Note :- Old U/S track roller, Limit switch etc of BOQ shall be deposited to the MES Store yard and taken on ledger charge as directed.
