Cutting holes through brick wall built in cement mortar, for inserting holdfasts, depth of embedded portion of holdfasts exceeding half brick thick but not exceeding one brick thick and making good the dismantled portion with cement mortar (1:3) or PCC type B-0, (1:2:4) to match the disturbed surface with existing finish, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. square tube in opening complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M. S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs 18/19 mm thick Block board grade II quality interior grade commercial type with out decorative face including fixing 18 mm wide 6 mm thick beading all around of 1st class HW (Teak) including touch wood paint two coats complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L 0.9 mm Decorative lamination type 1 of surface finish,colour and pattern as approved fixed with approved adhesive as per manufacture instruction all as specified and directed.
