Providing, Fabricating and Placing in Position TMT Reinforcement Steel asper Technical Specification.

Providing and Constructing Laterite masonry in C.M 1:6 for Foundation and Up to Plinth Level.

Providing and applying cement plaster in CM 1:4, 12mm thick

Painting plastered surface using good quality antifungal paint apex or equivalent in two coats over one coat primer

Providing and Laying Nozzing angle using 100mm X 50mm X 50mm MS “C” channel with necessary fasteners

Providing, fabricating and erect in position GI pipe/GI rectangular or square hollow section work for trusses, purlins, rafters, struts etc. as per design including riveting, welding in rolled steel sections and plates with all necessary nuts, bolts, rivets, gusset plates etc. complete including painting with two coat red oxide primer and 2 coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved make finished to even shade as per technical specifications.

Providing and fixing 0.45mm thick meta colour/poly steel sheets (galvaloom or equivalent) prefer TATA BLUESCOPE / JSW ) with necessary poly propylene washers selftrapping screws etc. for roofing in curved shape

Providing and fixing PVC rain water gutter of 250 mm size with necessary pathy clamps, side stopper, drops etc.

Providing and fixing meta colour sheet roofing accessories such as ridge, L-flashing etc .
