Replacement of damaged crane track rails at north and south side of dry dock and repair of cantilever slab of wet basin crane track bus bar duct

PART - A : Replacement of damaged crane track rails to North and South side of Dry Dock:

Chipping the existing grout / concrete , cutting and removal of existing damaged rails, base plate, fishplates etc. after cutting the anchor bolts, nuts washers and taper washers by gas cutting wherever necessary including, handing over the rails to disposal section complete all as directed.

Drilling of holes of 32mm dia and 350mm deep carefully at in the existing RCC beams using Diamond core drilling machine including pouring of Hilti product RE-500 or any other approved material into the prepared holes complete all as directed.

Fabrication & Fixing of MS plates in position as in sole/base plate including necessary cutting, welding, grinding, and drilling 28 mm dia bolt hole in required alignment, painting two coats best qulity anti corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer comlete all as directed. (Pates will be issued free by HSL any where in its premises. Contractor shall make arrangements for collection & transport to site.)

Fixing & aligning the 52R crane track rails to required level and line to (+)or(-) 2mm accuracy, in position including supply & fixing necessary bolts, washers, nuts and drilling of holes required complete all as directed including two coat of anti corrosion paint over one coat of primer (Rails will be issued free by HSL any where in its premises, contractor shall make arrangemnts for collection & transport to site)

Supply and fix Fish Plates for 52R Crane Track Rails including Nuts & Bolts complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing in position MS taper washers machined to cut to shape of 100x80x30mm size plates complete all as directed.

Supply and fix in position of M28 mm dia 450 mm long, Fe 250 grade, fully threded and galvanised anchor bolts and splitting on the one end complete all as directed.

Grouting GP 2 of fosroc under the sole plates of 300 / 400 mm wide (gap up to 10 mm average) complete all as directed.

Providing MS plates of varying thickness from 3mm to 25 mm underneath the sole plates (material issued free bt HSL) complete all as directed.

Providing and Laying concrete mix using 1:1 1/2 :3, with 12mm graded stone aggregate to match the required level and grouting the track/Base plates with good finishing, curing etc., including Labour and all materials like cement, Aggregates and Sand complete all as directed.

PART - B : RCC cantilever bus bar slab at Wet basin area:

Dismantiling of existing RCC cantilever slab etc., by mechanically or manually including arranging proper staging etc., complete all as directed.

Drilling of 20mm dia, 200 deep holes into the RCC structures / slab etc., using mechanically operated, hammer drilled diamond core cutting machine including grouting LOCK FIX of FOSROC make or its equivalent complete all as directed.

Supply and providing HSD bar reinforcement for cantilever slab etc., of Fe-500 grade of approved make SAIL / RINL / TISCO including transportation, straightning, cutting, bending and binding with annealed binding wire of 18 gauge (1.22mm dia) complete all labour and material etc., complete all as directed

Providing and fixing shuttering and centering including necessary arrangements complete all as directed.

Providing RCC (1:1.5:3) concrete by using 20mm graded stone aggregate for cantilever slab etc., with good finishing curing etc., including cost of cement, labour etc., but excluding cost of shuttering, reinforcement and centering complete all as directed.

Disposal of surplus soils, debris by mechanical means to a lead of 3km to outside the yard, complete all as directed by the Engineer incharge
