M&L incluiding replacement of 6mm thick synthetic rubberized cork sheet gasket for top cover, HT/LT bushes for transformer of capacity 100 KVA to 800 KVA including tightening all the bushings and top cover to avoid any oil leakages complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs off load tap changer assembly suitable for transformer of capacity upto 800 KVA as per existing with 5 tapping position including opening top cover, conservator etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Shifting of standby Transformer of any capacity from any sub station to NSB, NP area, closing the transformers for loading into transporting vehicle with the help of crane, transportation to another site, unloading, including disconnecting and removing of existing faulty transformer and installation of standby transformer, making necessary HT/LT connections, earth connections and restoration of power supply including all T&P required complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F danger notice plate of size 25 x 20 cm & 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enameled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for HT including dismantling compete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for removing connections of old LT UG cable of size 120 to 240 Sq mm, 3.5 / 4.0 core from existing MCCB / ACB of LT Panel including cutting & removing the burnt end & reconnecting the same with MCCB / ACB with & including new aluminium thimble / lugs set, covering with proper insulation tape, clamps, nut bolts etc (as required) complete all as specefied and as directed.

All as per Sl item No. 5.00 but for old LT UG cable of size 16 to 100 Sq mm,

M&L for preparation of old exposed painted surfaces of indoor / outdoor type transformer of capacity 100 to 800 KVA and painting the same with two coats of smoke grey colour synthetic enamel paint including writing details of transformer on transformer plinth / base with white synthetic enamel paint on black synthetic enamel paint back ground complete & including one coat of white wash on exposed surface of transfomer plinth / base complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Colour of paint shall be as decided by Engr-in-Charge. M&L for replacement of silica gel breather assembly complete for 100 to 800 KVA transformer as per existing including connecting with proper necessary gaskets if necessary & removing the unserviceable breather assembly complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and replacement of silica gel in breather of transformers all as specified and as directed.

M&L for isolating the HT supply of outdoor type transformer of capacity 100 to 800 KVA, disconnecting HT and LT connections by opening clamps, bus bar extension and isolating the cables, keeping all the cables out from the HT/LT sides, physically checking of transformer for healthiness such as checking pressure release valve, oil condition etc. and performing transformer tests such as HV/LV megger test, ratio test, magnetic balance test, short circuit test, checking the lead condition from winding to bus rods, necessary soldering / jointing etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) All testing shall be done in presence of Engr-in-Charge or his accredited rep and test reports shall be signed by contractor and Engr-in-Charge and kept on record. (ii) If the transsformer found satisfactory then HT/LT connections, assembly etc shall be done by the contractor and transformer shall be charged. (iii) If the transformer fails in these tests then the contractor has to shift the transsformer for winding / overhauling which shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground in vertical position (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to earth lead of galvanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point including dismantling complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The unit rate shall also include for earth work in any type of soil, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber, RCC 1:1.5:3, type A1 cover slab, 50 mm thick reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bar @ 140 mm C/C both ways, 10 mm dia plain bar lifting handle embedded in cover slab, Main earthing lead from earth electrode to test point upto 7.5 m length, 20 mm bore medium grade GI watering pipe, 40 mm bore GI light grade earth lead protection pipe, funnel, wire mesh, copper lugs, charcoal and common salt in alternate layer etc.

M&L for detecting HT /LT UG cable faults located in any stretch / depth with sophisticated cable fault locator consisting of microprocessor based pre-locator system, HV surge generator, fault pin point surge wave receiver, cable identification instrument , cable tracer for exact location of under ground cable routes complete all as directed. Note:- The rate quoted deemed to be inclusive of arrangement of necessary fault locator equipment, transportation of equipment& charges for service engineer.

M&L for rewinding of distribution transformers of any capacity / size / type by strip opening & unwinding the HT coils (ie. primary coils) from core assembly safely, removing old defective insulation paper, re-winding the coils with new copper wire as per I.S. of same gauge and existing size together with new insulated material / bracings before placing in to the transformer and assembling the coil with new DPC insulation and fitting the coils in the chamber, testing and commissioning the transformer and recording the test results complete all as directed.

M&L for re-insulating of LT strip of transformers of any capacity / type / size by strip opening, removing the old defective insulation paper and replacing with new DPC insulation to the copper strip as per same gauge and existing size together with new insulated materials / bracings before placing in to the transformer and assembling the coil with new insulation and fitting the coils in the chamber, testing and commissioning the transformer complete all as directed.

Supply and topping up of transformer oil with di-electric strength not less than 60 KV into the conservator tank / body tank of the transformer / OCB / FRMUs etc at various locations complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Apar (Power Oil) / Savita (Transol) / Asian

Filtration of transformer oil of transformers / FRMUs installed at various locations to achieve di-electric strength not less than 60 KV at 2.5 mm gap as per relevant IS with portable filtration plant, testing of the oil for the di-electric strength before filtration and after filtration complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
