Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors or pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) (20 mm graded aggregate) in surface channels and drains etc complete.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping benching including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing cement plaster on brick or stone walls/ceilling etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.
