Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing,laying and curing etc complete

Refilling the basement with excavated earth other than sand including etc., complete

Brick work in CM 1:5 mix using country bricks ground moulded of size 83/4"x41/4"x21/4" for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and erecting centering for side and soffits including supports etc.,

Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 using 20mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of Rein forcement and fabricating charges,

Paving the floor with best approved quality fine polished kota stone slab of size 600x600 of 18/20mm in all floors laid in of cement mortor 1:3, 20mm thick and pointed with colour cement nearly including polishing with polishing stone and axalic acid etc.,

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix to 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 mix to 10 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Weathering course in brick jelly lime concrete using broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime to the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume etc.,

White washing two coats shell lime including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc.,

Finishing top roof mix one course machine pressed tiles of size 23cm x 23cm x 2cm approved quality with CM 1:3, 12mm thick mixed with WPC at 2% by weight of cement used and top pointed with the same mortar etc.,

Flooring with following ceramic tiles of size 305x305x6mm laid over 20mm thick cement mortar 1:3 base mortar over the existing slab / floor including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter etc.,

Dadooing walls with following best approved quality, white/colour glazed tiles of following size set in cement mortar 1:2, 10mm thick and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring etc.,

Distembering two coats with best approved distember including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Painting two coats of approved Exterior Emulsion paint over one priming and of old all surface including cleaning preparing the surface and curing etc., complete

Painting two coats of new iron works such as steel doors, Window, Ventilators, Window bars, Balustrdes etc., with best approved first quality of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over the existing priming coat etc., complete

Manufacturing supplying and fixing of steel door partially glazed

Steel Windows with Double Leaves Shutters (Steel windows)

Supplying and fixing steel glazed ventilators with side huge swing shutter outer frame and shutter frames

Laying CPVC pipes of dia 15mm, 20mm and 25mm

Supplying and fixing in position Indian Water Closet (Oriya type) of size 580x440mm white glazed earthen ware of approved quality and brand with "P" or "S" trap conforming to BIS with crushed stone M.Sand cushion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5, 100mm thick and finishing the top to the required slope and including giving necessary connection etc.,

Europeon Water Closet with all fittings and 10lit capacity flusing tank

Supply and devlivery and fixing of HDPE tank as per IS 12701/1996 including loading, unloading, transportation and labour charges for fixing of the GI pipes and specials for pipe connection works including cutting, threading and fixing charges etc.,

Supplying and fixing in position best quality and approved make Indian made white colour glazed earthenware washbasin of size 550x400mm with a pair of cast iron brackets, including cost 15mm dia brass CP pillar tap etc.
