Demolition of Cement Concrete (Unreinforced Concrete) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quions arches, pillar or any other description and in any situatoin etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) and (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) in any position not otherwise specificaly provided for complete and removing the unserviceable rubbish outside the MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 metre wide for laying of cables, pipes foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits,manholes, pier holes, etc. n.exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc1.5 m in depth and getting out including dressing/trimming sides and levelling/ grading and ramming of bottom of excavation complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No 4.00 here-in-before but exceeding 1.5 metre deep but not exceeding 3.00 metre deep complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas, not exc 1.5 m deep and getting out as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No. 6.00 here in before but depth exceeding 1.5 metre and not exceeding 3.00 metre deep complete all as specified and directed.

Important Notes for Srl Item No. 4.00 to 7.00 : (i) Bailing and Pumping out of water where required shall be carried out as per clause 3.17 & 3.18 of SSR (Part-II) of 2009. (ii) Timbering, planking and strutting if required shall be carried out as per clause 3.24, 3.24.1 & 3.24.6 of SSr (Part-I) of 2009. (iii) The earth work shall be calculated based on the level register record duly signed by the contractor and Engr-in-Charge. (iv) Sand cushioning/lean conrete will be provided for stablizing of mud strata if required (iv) The rates quoted by contractor for Srl Item No. 7 to 11 shall deemed to be included for provisions described in note (i),( ii), (iii),(iv) here-in-before. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Material & Labour for Concrete bed to drain pipes of 150 mm bore including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 20 mm graded mechenically crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No. 8.00 here-in-before but 200 mm bore

Material & Labour for H.D.P.E. Double Wall Corrugated(DWC) Pipes(ISI marked) 150 mm bore SN-8 Class as per IS 16098 part II for nonpressure underground drainage and sewerage applications with specials including cost of special O rubber ring couplers etc. , laid in trenches on concrete bed to level /gradient ,jointing with appropriate class fittings as per manufacturer's instructions including jointing accessories and fittings complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No. 10.00 here-in-before but DWC (Double Wall Corrugated) HDPE pipe 200 mm bore Class SN-8 complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each layer complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil obtained from excavation to a distance not exceeding 250 metre and deposting where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed .

Material & Labour for PCC 1:4:8 type C1, using 20 mm graded machnically crushed stone aggregates as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Use & waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams,sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work vertical or to batter for flat rough finished surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Use & waste of formwork to faces of walls,retaining walls, RCC circular manhols abutments,parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses etc. vertical or to batter (rough finished flat surfaces of concrete), complete all as specified and directed.

Use & waste of formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings , slab over manholes similar work not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) (rough finished flat surfaces of concrete), complete all as specified and directed.

Use & waste of formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide (rough finished surfaces of concrete), complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over, of grade Fe-500D corrosion resistant steel (CRS) cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No. 19.00 here-in-before but 6 mm to 8 mm dia.

Material & Labour for Reinforced cement concrete M-30(Design Mix) using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in foundation, including raft footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns etc and mass concrete as in manholes complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Reinforced cement concrete M-30 (Design Mix) using 20 mm graded machanically crushed stone aggregates as in walls, retaining walls,basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses as in manholes complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Reinforced cement concrete M-30 (Design Mix) using 20 mm graded machanically crushed stone aggregates as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, deck slabs and the like complete all as in manholes complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains of 150mm dia making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 mix type B-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate smooth finished and reforming benching as required for 150mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No. 24.00 here-in-before but reforming benching for 200/250 mm bore pipe .

Material & Labour for Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded machanically crushed stone aggregate) in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix manhole cover SFRC(steel fiber reinforced cover) factory made of size 560 mm dia with and including suitable steel frame as per manufacturer's instructions , heavy duty as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Rolled mild steel sections( Fe-290W (Gde-E-165 quality-A)) as in stairs (framed) In flat,round or square bars including cleats, brackets and embedding in concrete as in steps of manhole etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints or jointed with solvent cement joint, laid in trenches or in floors,type B, conforming to IS 13592-1992 supplied laid , jointed & tested including taking out/down old pipes complete all as specified and directed. Note - Rubber rings for pipes and fittings shall conform to IS 5382-1985.

Material & Labour for Brick work for raising and repairing of manholes straight or curved on plan not exceeding 6 mtr means radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, on brick or concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compound, including finishing the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note:Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Preparation of new wall surfaces and applying two coats of white wash on plastered/unplastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for pre-cast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in man hole cover, with plain fair faces including chamfers, weathering throtling etc and set in cement mortor (1:4) complete with joint to match including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Cleaning and removing of blockage from Manholes manually where Desilting machine not reachable of any size and upto 1.5m depth incl removing the soil, roots or any other materials from the manholes working/running conditions and flushing the entire stretch with water making the stretch clean and functional. Removal & depositing any type of sludge/debries to excavated area, spreading necessary Insecticides where sludge is deposited complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No. 36.00 here-in-before but depth exceeding 1.5 metre and not exceeding 3.0 metre complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel work as in posts & struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or reveting, etc., & similar work conforming to Fe 290 or E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a priming coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing of wire size 4 mm and mesh size 100 X 100 mm complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Weight of chain link fencing shall be derived out by BOO as ordered by GE.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc., including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation not exc. 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft and loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for sand filling in foundation or surrounding area of existing main line deep manhole spreading and levelling in layers n exc 25cm thick well ramming including watering as required complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Chequred tiles of any specification, including demolition of PCC below chequred tile and material and labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate 75mm thick including non skid ( coloured) good grip series of size 300x 300 mm x 20-25 mm thick, set ,jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry laid over and including 20 mm thick average thickness of cement mortar 1:4 bed, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old UNSV CI/DI pipe line of 150 mm dia size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying Centrifugally Cast (Spun) Ductile Iron Pressure Pipes of size 150 mm bore with Spigot & Socket end, Class K-9 conforming to IS: 8329/2000 and suitable for (push-on) rubber gasket jointing with centrifugally applied inside cement mortar lining as per IS: 455:1989 and external Metallic Zinc Coating as per annex A of IS 8329 with finishing layer of Bitumen coating as per Annex C of IS: 8329 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No. 48.00 here in before but of size 100 mm bore

Supply and fix Cast iron sluice valve 150 mm dia, flanged ends, stem (spindle) of SS (forged) and check nut of gun Metal, PN rating 1.6, working parts conforming to IS :14846, and flanged ends having drilling as per IS:1538 including taking down old unserviceable sluice valve complete all as specified and directed.
