Dismantling from foundation and transportation to work shop unserviceable centrifugal induction motor takingout burnt winding wire from motor of capacity 40 HP 3 phase and M&L rewinding with suitable size of copper winding wire as per existing gauge complete including all insulation material and transportation back to site, testing and vibration free commissiong after installation at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- charge. Make of wire:Finolex/Plaza/Havells/ KEI/Polycab. Note : New foundation work after dismantling old foundation and repalacement of base frame of angle iron will be complete during the winding work these items will be measured and paid separately under respective itemNo. 4,5&6.

M & L cast iron steel sluice valve PN 1.6 with flanged ends with nut-bolts and rubber gasket suitable for pipe of size 150 mm including taking out he unserviceable sluice valve from the pipe complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge. Make: Kirloskar/Leader/Zoloto/L&T.

Description all as per srl item No 9 above but for 100 mm dia pipe.

Taking out existing burnt out and rusted out slip ring/induction motor pumping set complete after taking down all electric and water supply connections and deposit to MES store and Supply, fix and testing Centrifugal Pumping sets, electric driven, 30 HP, 50 Hz 415 volt head range 48 mtr to 69 mtr discharge 1700 lpm, split suction and delivery size 100mm inclusive with stainless steel shaft and impeller including mounting factory made base 415V ± 10%, 3 Phase, 50 Hz ± 5%, Insulation Class ‘F’, Degree of protection IP 55, Ambient of 50°C conforming all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out the unserviceable/broken impeller assembly of centrifugal pump set and supply and fix new impeller assembly with side bearings and shaft rod complete of capacity 20 to 40 HP suitable for existing pump set incl impeller cup, nut-bolts washers etc as per site requirement all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Repacking stuffing box of sluice valve spindle including taking out and reassembling of size 80 to 150mm bore size all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out sluice valves and refacing, regrinding and refixing including replacement of gun metal spindle, check nut complete assembly and make serviceable of size 80 to 150mm bore size all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S&F PVC float valve 20mm dia high pressure with polythene float and fly nut and with one GI socket 20mm complete screwed for GI pipe incl taking down old u/s float valve all as directed.

M&L repairing the leakgae of GI/CI/DI pipe line of sizes 80mm to 200mm including jointing material for Tyton joint/D joint assembly/Lead joint any type incl excavation, dewatering and returning filling complete all as directed.

Taking out the burnt analog Ammeter and Voltemeter set with CTs and supply and fix new digital Ammeter 0-200 amps and Voltmeter 0-500v with all connected items suitable for 415V, 50Hz 3 phase and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Attending any type of complaint in pump/motor/LT panels/Starters installed at Boosters and rectify the same by replcement of thimbles any type and any size with nut-bolts and cable jointing with tape, gland packing, greasing in pumps/valves with all connected items all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note: Complaint should be rectify within 06 Hrs otherwise a penalty of 500 Rs per day will be imposed.

M&L in replacement of MCCB TP , 25 KA breaking capacity, 125 Amp, 50 Hz complete with thimbles and nut-bolts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of MCCB TP , 25 KA breaking capacity, 160 Amp, 50 Hz complete with thimbles and nut-bolts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of MCCB TPN , 36 KA breaking capacity, 200 Amp, 50 Hz complete with thimbles and nut-bolts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of MCCB TPN , 36 KA breaking capacity, 250 Amp, 50 Hz complete with thimbles and nut-bolts complete all as specified and directed.

M & L painting with sparay gun, one coat of synthetic enamel paint over old Booster pump set/submersible pump set/centrifugal pump of cap 20 to 40 HP including assembly with motor complete after scratching out the existing old paint all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L in replecement of boards of pumps and DGs made of 1.5mm thick MS sheet of size 0.50X1.00mtr and embedded on walls with nut bolts incl painting with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over one coat of primer and writing matter as specified and directed by the Engr in charge.

Cleaning of installtions area including tree trimming, grass cutting, scrathing out the grass roots completely and making surface area even & smooth by surface dressing average area n exceeding 15 cm all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning LT Feeder Piller Box factory made,CPRI Type tested, outdoor kiosk type,platform mounted,dust and vermin proof, made out of 3.00mm thick CRCA sheet with sloping canopy, double door front openable shutter and single door shutter in rear side with hinges and locking arrangement duly supported with 40 X 40 X 6 mm MS Angle iron and 50X 6 mm MS flat iron frame drilled for fixing MCCBs/MCBs etc all as required duly fabricated and powder coated of aproved shade complete and with cable entry holes with necessary cable glands for incoming and outgoing cables and mounting of box in PCC grade M-10 Plateform finished even and smooth using extra cement complete including supplying and fixing of the following:-comprising of the following items :-

INCOMING:- (a) MCCB 4 pole, 415 Volts, 36 KA repturing capacity, 160 amps with current setting upto 70 % of full load - 01 No

BUSBAR:- (a) Copper busbar suitable for 415 volts 50 Hz AC 3 Phase 4 wire distribution system of capacity 300 Amps for RYB and 150 Amps for N duly insulated including nessary insulatosr nuts & bolts etc.

Note- (i) The quoted rate shall include minor items such as lugs, nuts & bolts, washers, top insulators, sleeves, provision of extra holes in bus bar etc. (ii) All internal wiring shall be done with suitable size of PVC insulated solid copper conductor FRLS cable conforming to IS-694. (iii) Panel drawing shall be got approved before placing of order from Engr-in-Charge/GE. (iv) The bus connection for cable from main bus bar to outgoing MCCB will be connected through suitable rating bus bar strip type duly insulated. (v) Cable will be entered in panles through gland. (vi )Cost of marking description and matter on the front door as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge is incl in quoted rate.

Material & Labour earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, filled around with layer of char coal dust and salt and connected to GI earth strip 32 mm by means of bolt, nut and check nuts and washers of galvanzied iron or steel and other end of the earth strip, connected to test point/equipment/panel and protected by galvanized iron pipe light grade 50mm bore and watering pipe 20mm dia light grade with funnel and wire mesh, PCC 1:3:6 in chambers, RCC 1:2:4 in pit cover reinforced with 6mm dia deformed bars @ 15cm centre to centre both way including necessary excavation & earth work as directed complete all as shown in electric plate No. 5 of SSR Pt-I PCC chambers shall be constructed at leasts 1.5 mtr away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering all as specified and directed.

Dismantling existing PCC paths not exceeding 100 mm thick and M&L machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey or coloured cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-40 Grade including 25mm thick sand filling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note :- Amount of credit of Rs. 71950.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit mentioned in tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
