Providing and fixing Garsa stone 12mm.cladding on R.C.C.surface side as on faces of Arch masonry walls etc.on 12mm. thick cement plaster 1:3 (1cement:3sand) and jointed with cement slurry i/c scaffolding etc. complete including all leads and lift including all type of carriage..

Providing and fixing precast checkered tiles 20mm thick laid in floors, treads of steps and landings on a bed of 25mm average thickness of cement mortar 1:6(1cement:6 sand) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tile including rubbing and polishing including all leads and lift including all type of carriage.

White glazed tiles 6mm thick in flooring, treads of steps and landing laid on a bed of 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3( 1cement:3 sand) finished with flush pointing in white cement including all leads and lift including all type of carriage.

Painting two coats( excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with aluminum paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter including all leads and lift including all type of carriage.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces( two coats) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powered materials including all leads and lift including all type of carriage.

Demolishing of all types of cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material up all leads and all types of carriages as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work,including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applyinga priming coat of approved steel primer using structuralsteel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder,railings, brackets, gates and similar worksincluding all leads and liftincluding all type of carriage.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) ofspecified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering including all leads and lift including all type of carriage. (Crushed/broken stone aggregate to be used)
