Amount
Hiring of Excavator cum loader for excavation, removal of slips, removal of debris ,dressing of berms and clearing of drains with a minimum capacity of 35.00 cum per hours, minimum six hours per day including pay of operators, POL charges. Maintenance or any minor or major accidents and other damages to private and govt property is the whole responsibility of the contractor. The work shall be executed as per the PWD specification and the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Terms and Conditions :-
A) Hire charges should include expenses on account of establishment POL Major and minor repairs /over hauling and replacement of tyres and batteries if reqd. B) Hire charges should also include Insurance of machinery/vehicles and establishment and the department shall not be responsible for any fatal/non fatal accidents. C). Hire charges should also include all local or out side taxes including of road tax entry tax and other taxes if any. D) Hire charges shall be payable only on signing of contract agreement and bringing the machinery/vehicles to the site as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. E). Minimum work as per PWD norms must be executed by the machinery hired.
