Annual Operation & Maintenance Contract for Electrical Installations & DG sets at Dakpathar, Vikas Nagar, Dehradun, (Uttarakhand)

'Operation and maintenance of equipments & electrical installations i.e. wiring, fitting, gadgets & operation of DG sets including tools & tackles.

Supply / Fixing of Point wiring with Piano switch : Wiring for light point/fan point/exhaust fan point/call bell point with 1.5 sqmm. FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/recessed PVC conduit, with piano type switch, phenolic, laminated sheet, suitable size MS Box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required.

Supply / Fixing of Point wiring with Modular switch : Wiring for light point/ fan ponit/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable Gl box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc.as required.

Supply / Fixing of Circuit/sub-man wiring in PVC conduit: Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed PVC conduit.as required. 2 x .5 sq. mm + 1 x .5 sq. mm earth wire

2 x 2.5 sq. mm + 1 x 2.5 sq. mm earth wire

2 x 4 sq. mm + 1 x4 sq. mm earth wire

2 x 6 sq. mm + 1 x 6 sq.mm earth wire

2 x10 sq. mm + 1 x 6 sq.mm earth wire

Supply / Fixing of 5/6 A plug point modular type accessories : Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 3 pin 5/6 A modular socket outlet and 5/6 A modular switch, connections etc. as required

Supply / Fixing of 5/6 A plug point piano type accessories: Supplying and fixing metal box of 150mm x 75mm x 60mm deep (nominal size) on surface or in recess with suitable size of phenolic laminated sheet cover in front including providing and fixing 3 pin 5/6 amp nos socket outlet and 5/6 amps piano type switch, connection, painting etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 3 pin, 5 A Ceiling Rose 'Supplying and fixing 3 pin, 5 A Ceiling Rose on the existing junction box/ wooden block including connection etc as required.

'S/F two module stepped type electronic Fan Regulator Supplying and fixing two module stepped type electronic Fan Regulator on the existing modular plate switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing brass batten/ angle holder including connection etc.as required.

'Supplying and fixing modular blanking plate on the existing modular plate & switch box excluding modular plate as required.

S/F 63 A, 415 V, TPN Industrial type socket outlet,' Supplying and fixing 63 A, 415 V, TPN Industrial type socket outlet, with 4 pole and earth, metal enclosed plug top along with 30 A "C" curve, TPMCB, in sheet steel enclosure, on surface or in recess, with chained metal cover for the socket outlet and complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and Fixing of 25 mm of Medium class PVC conduit Supplying and Fixing of 25 mm of Medium class PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required.

Supplying and Fixing of 32 mm of Medium class Supplying and Fixing of 32 mm of Medium class PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required.

S/F Plate Earthing for electrical Works Plate Earthing for electrical Works as per IS:3043 with Hot dipped G.I. Earth plate of size 600mm x 600mm x 6.0mm by embodying 3 to 4mtr. below the ground level with 20mm dia. G.I. 'B' class watering Pipe, including all accessories like nut, bolts, reducer, nipple, wire meshed funnel, and Heavy duty weather proof poly-propylene earth pit chamber with lockable Jam free lid suitable for safe working load 5000 Kg or more of size Top Dia. 225 to 260 mm, Bottom Dia 300 to350 mm. and Height 250 to 300 mm. and embodying the pipe complete with alternate layers salt and coke/charcoal, testing of earth resistance for value of 5 ohms or less as required.

Supply &Laying 6 SWG GI wire: Supply &Laying following size earth wire in horizontal or vertical running round/surface/recess including riveting, soldering, saddles, making connection with GI/Cut symble etc. as required. ' (i)- 6SWG G.I.(Hot Dipped) Wire)

S/F -50mmdia.G.I.Pipe Earthing. Supply & Laying following size' B ' class , Medium class G.I. Pipe confirming to IS : 1239 P-1 ( 2004 ) with accessories like bend, socket etc. for laying earth conductor/ strip /cable in ground/ surface/ recess as required (i)-50mmdia.G.I.Pipe Earthing.

'Motor rewinding with insulation of ceiling fan Motor rewinding with insulation of ceiling fan of 1200/1400 mm /wall fans/exhaust fans by the new copper wire Make-Atlas/H.T/Shakti 33, 34,35, 36,30 same gauge and turn as burnt coil. 2 coat Insulation varnish (Dr.Bech) on the new winding of ceiling fan & drying with oven. Complete work in all respect including all Labour T&P etc. required as per requirement.

Supply & replacement of ball bearing of ceiling fans/wall fans/exhaust fans of various sizes as per requirement.
