Note for item No. 66 to 69: (i) The old surface shall prepared using mechanical ways I.e., jet-spray, grinding etc., in such a manner that there should not be any impression of dent, all cracks to be filled with crack filler, water proofing primer in shaft/dampness areas and it should be made even all as per manufacturers instruction before application of putty base primer/base coat and emulsion paint. (ii). The work shall be got executed through authorised applicator of approved manufacturer. Authorisation letter of applicator shall be produced by the contractor before starting the work (iii) The contractor shall submit performance Guarantee certificate provided by manufacturer for a period of FIVE years from the certified date of completion of entire work. (iv) After preparation of surface exterior putty to be applied to make surface even to receive base coat and two coat of emulsion paint, the same shall be got approved by GE before each stage.
