| 2Periodical inspection, twice in a Month by Electrical Supervisor having valid supervisors certificate of competency from Directorate of Electricity (Licensing Board), Govt. of W.B. Each visit should be recorded in the Log Book (with Date & Time) to be supplied by the agency and kept in the Pump House & Sub-Station Building. The Supervisor requires to have thorough / in depth inspection of all the Electrical appliances to ascertain the healthy/fault free operational condition of each equipment i.e. pumps, motors, valves, flow meters, pressure gauges, lightings, waistings arrangements, exhaust fans, HT & LT panel boards, cables, capacitors, transformers, battery & battery chargers along with in house lighting system. All other necessary requirement to execute the maintenance work including other necessary materials to be supplied as and when required by the agency. | |||||
| 3Calibration of all meters viz. Ammeter Voltmeter, Kilowatt meter etc. Test of all relays, Transformer Oil (Dielectric test) by agency and approved by Directorate of Electricity or any other Power Generating unit and submission of test report to Department as per direction of EIC. | |||||
| 4Cleaning of contacts by CRC 226 spray in both the HT< panel Board cleaning of all Terminal Sockets, Coils once in a month in present of Electrician and to be recorded in the Log Book with date as per direction of EIC. | |||||
| 5Checking of healthy condition of all Feeders by Electrician having ITI (Electrician) certificate and findings to be recorded in the Log Book as per direction of EIC. | |||||

| 7Beautification of existing Garden and the vacant place in side the compound by engaging 2nos mali and required no. labour including supplying of necessary seasonal flower plants, decorative plants and other fruit plants (if suggested by the Deptt.) Supplying necessary fertilizer, bio-chemical, manure, pesticide, Insecticides ,petrol etc. as and when necessary including regular curing, watering, nursing, uprooting, seasonal plants, propagation by cutting, turfing, pruning plantation of sapling in side the WTP complex as per direction of EIC. | |||||
| 8Inspection and calibration, cleaning for filter, washing of Flow meter in rising and distribution mains, Ultrasonic meter in parshall flume, raw water inlet line by authorised representative once in as per direction of EIC. The rate is inclusive of service charges of authorised experts, wages of mechanic and labors, hiring charges of vehicles tools and tackles and all type of incidental charges as may be required to complete the job in all respect. | |||||
| 9Recording of reading in Log Book of Bulk water meter installed in different places in rising mains and distribution mains by deploying appropriate personnel once in a month within the 2nd day of very month as per direction of EIC. | |||||
