Material and labour for 50mm thick PCC (1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in flooring laid in bays / panels and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channels and bed of drains, flooring including necessary form work complete all as specified.

Material and labour for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30 cm ditto in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc.complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6), type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in plinth protection; pathway / hardstanding etc laid in bays / panels not exc. 2.00 Sqm each including construction joints at suitable interval and each corner and filled with bituminous mastic filling (1 part bitumen & 3 part sand) and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Supply and fixed steel in repairs windows with side hung shutters with projecting type hinges, 3mm thick, 100 mm long copper oxidised finished mild steel handle and 3 mm thick 300 mm long mild steel copper oxidised finished peg stays, with glazing bars , dovetailed or welded including factory priming coating complete all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamelled paint (1st quality) over one coat of red oxide Zinc chrome primer complete all as specified.

Material and labour for prepolished chemically treated coloured chequered cement concrete tiles of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 25 mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat slurry in floors and steps with grey cement and pigments laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified ( screed bed shall not be measured and paid separately).

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering , slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed.

Taking down existing tarfelt including tiles, lime concrete and screed bed complete from roof surfaces including parapets and lowering and removing the same to a distance exc. 50m and n. exc. 100m including roughening of old concrete surface of roof , cleaning the surface by wire brushing to remove all loose dust etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 withacrylic polymer modified fibre reinforced waterproof coating brushbond Roof Guard @ 3 % by weight of cement on roof slab as per manufacturer instruction and maintaining the slope and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified. Note: WPC is deemed inclusive.

Material and labour for water proofing treating to RCC roof with providing and applying single component acrylic polymer modified, fibre reinforced waterproof coating brushbond Roof Guard in 3 coats (white, grey and terracotta) of application @ 0.5 litre /sqm coat, including sprinkling of clean sand (300 microns - particle size).The product should have following properties solid content : 70%, tensite strength (ASTM D 412): 1.10 MPs, elongation (ASTM D12) : 100% Resistance to ageing due to UV radiation . 1000 hours no change rapid chloride penetration : very low resistane to algae growth passes, zero rating / permeability (mm): 5.0 water vapour transmission : 6.0gm/sqm h No of coats : 3 (minimum) adhesive bond strength : > 0.92 N/mm2 complete all as directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards ( fibre, pulp, insulation ,etc. ) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified.

Material and labour for false ceiling with GI powder coated frame work and 4 mm thick E board classic design , non asbesto fibre reinforced cement board , Reinforced Designer Board tiles conforming to IS-14862 and ISO-8336 , of approved texture at all height duly suspended ceiling laid on hot dip galvanised iron imposed grid of size 600 mm x 600 mm, T section / Angle section including cutting holes in brick wall and making good surface with cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 / 1:3 cement mortar complete all as specifiedand having following details: (a) 27mm x 27 mm angle 0.55 mm thickness, GI powder coated hot dip galvanised plugged at the rate 600mm centre to centre alongwith the perimeter of wall. (b) 25 mm x 25 mm Tee 0.55 mm thickness, GI powder coated hot dip galvanised as main and cross runner suspended with 1.6 mm dia GI wire suspendrs (not exc. 1.20 mtr length) with adjustable clamps and dash true fastners plugged in RCC slab or angle iron runner of slopped roof placed at the rate 600 mm centre to centre alongwith the perimeter of wall. Note: The work shall be carried out as per manufacturer instruction and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete ( unreinforced ) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thick above or below ground level, including removing of demolished material from work site at any distance outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for machine cut Kota stone slab as in flooring, 18-20 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over 20 mm thick plaster as screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.( Note Screed bed shall not be measured and paid separately).

Material and labour for machine cut Kota stone slab as in skirting / dado verticle surface 18-20 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over 10 mm thick plaster as screed bed in CM 1:3 complete all as specified.( Note Screed bed shall not be measured and paid separately).

Supply and fixing 3 mm thick (nominal) Sheet glass, ordinary quality , in squares, not exceeding 0.50 sqm each each pane fixed with oil putty complete all as specified.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing 15 mm nominal bore dia, galvanized tube, medium grade fixed complete to walls, ceilings or laid in floors etc, any type of pipe including necessary fittings and jointing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixed in repairs chromium plated bib taps cast copper alloy with crutch handle, fancy type, screwed for 15 mm bore dia. iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified .

Supply and fixed stainless steel sink with draining board , made out of 1mm thick sheet for kitchen or laboratory with plug, washers, waste pipe, cast iron cantilever brackets, connecting union overall size 915 mm x 460 mm with bowl size 410 mm x 355 mm x 165 mm completecomplete all as specified.

Supply and fixed steel plate rack of size 600 mm x 900 mm x 250 mm, made of 0.63 mm thick stainless steel sheet, having of three different sizes of plate, shelves for cups and suucer etc and hook fixed to wall with CP brass screws etc. complete all as specified. Make : Parayg/ Blue star / Jainya.

Material and labour for cutting holes into or through brick walls built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar and stone walls built in lime mortar or walls of lime concrete and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 as required for superficial area not exc. 150 sqcm complete all as specified.

Supply and fixed Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S 1161-1979 grade St. 240 complete all as specified.

Supply and fixed Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

INTERNAL/EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION Taking down carefully aluminium conductor point wiring (light,fan,socket or power) complete including fittings such as switches,ceiling roses, pendants, regulators ,sockets etc. and removing (except those to be reused shall be kept in safe custody at the site ) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc.to match with the existing complete all as specified.

Taking down carefully aluminium conductor point wiring socket or power in same board complete including taking down of socket and removing (except those to be reused shall be kept in safe custody at the site ) complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for point wiring with 1.50 Sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) PVC insulated (FRLS) unsheathed single core multi stranded copper conductor cable of working voltage 1100 volts grade conforming to IS-694 Pt I & II of 2000 drawn through and including PVC conduit of adequate size having a wall thickness not less than 1.5 mm with all accessories (including cutting chases & making good the disturbed surface to its original specification), including provision of 1.5 Sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) PVC insulated (FRLS) unsheathed single core multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor, connected to main switch / DBs or common earth dolly for one light / fan point / exhaust point controlled by one 5 Amps one way switch complete all as specified and as directed for light /fan point controlled by one way switch 5/6 amps. Note: Red coloured cable shall be used for live connection, black coloured cable shall be used for neutral connection and green coloured cable shall be used for earthing. Separate cable for earthing and neutral to be used for each individual circuit from the distribution board.

Materials and labour for Sub main wiring with 2 runs of 6.00 Sqmm (nominal cross-sectional area) PVC insulated unsheathed single core flame retardant cable (FRLS) of working voltage 1100 volts grade with stranded copper conductor including one run of 6.00 Sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) PVC insulated unsheathed flame retardant cable (FRLS) with stranded copper conductor as continuous earth wire connected to main switches DBs or in common earth dolly, drawn through and including PVC rigid non- metallic PVC conduit / casing and capping ISI marked , medium garde of adequate size with all conduit / casing and capping accessories ISI marked as required complete all as specified and as directed including taking down old unserviceable / burnt / damaged one. Supply and fixed in repairs epoxy powder coated sheet metal enclosure for DBs, double door (when MCBs to be used), triple pole and neutral 415 V, 4 ways with mounting fitted with bus bar, DIN channel , neutral link and incoming contact complete all as directed.

Supply and fixed MCB TPN 63 Amps, 'C' series 10kA, 240 Volts and to be housed in DBs complete including necessry connection all as specified and directed. (Note :- Proper and suitable size cable lugs to be fixed with MCB are included in unit rate of each MCB of any rating).

Supply & fix sheet metal enclosure for 8 way Distribution Boards (DB’s), double door , single pole and neutral bus bar, including bus bar neutral link, earth bar and din rail, IP-43, IK-09 protection including gasket and door earthing suitable for fixing MCBs/isolators fixed on wall surface and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall and connecting up including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixed MCB SPN 32 to 63 Amps, 'C' series 10kA, 240 Volts and to be housed in DBs complete including necessry connection all as specified and directed. (Note :- Proper and suitable size cable lugs to be fixed with MCB are included in unit rate of each MCB of any rating).

Supply, laying , testing LT underground electric power cable crossed linked XLPE insulated, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured / PVC insulated armoured aluminium conductor cable 1100 volts grade 16 sqmm 4 core laid in trenches / laid under floor or fixed to walls/on poles / in ducts etc including aluminium cable lugs, cable gland, nut & bolts with washer complete all as specified Note: (Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, protection brick / tiles / block and pipe shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items)

Excavating over areas , n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out for foundations etc. or for shafts, well cess pits, manholes,pier holes,etc. but not exceeding 10 sqm on plan getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Returning ,filling in , including spreading , levelling , watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified.

Removing excavated material (soils) not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Material and labour for river sand, washed and screened dry for cushioning to under ground cable in trenches below and around under ground cable including spreading and levelling complete as specified and directed .

Material and labour for laying well burnt old size bricks, fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan , laid flat with width equal to length of brick , laid dry over electric cable for protection all as specified.

Boring/Drilling ( horizontally) manually under existing road ( maximum 10 M in width) suitable for passing GI tubing of 40 to 100 mm bore complete all as specified.

Supplying and fixing Galvanised mild steel pipe /tubing, light grade complete with all fittings of 40 mm bore dia, laid in trenches / under roads, fixed to poles/ walls with Mild steel clamps , bolts , nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation & Earth work shall be measured and paid separately)

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.0mm thick, burried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm all around the plate, using GI wire lead 4 mm dia as earth wire electrode bolted or rivetted to earth plate at one end and connected to equipments at another end, GI earth wire encased in and including 15 mm dia GI 'light grade' pipe from upper end of earth plate upto equipments,20 dia bore GI pipe 'light grade' as water pipe from earth chamber to upper edge of earth plate, Test point , GI funnel with wire mesh fixed on water pipe and PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in pit chamber and RCC pit cover 50mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, duly reinforced with MS round bars 6mm dia @ 100 c/c both ways with 10mm dia MS round bar as in lifting handles, excavation, earth work including laying the GI pipe concealed in floor/wall all as described in electric plate of SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed and testing on completion. Supply and fixed in repairs powder coated mild steel junction box factory made of size 600 mm (B) x 900 mm (H) x 200 mm(D) , made of CRCA sheet 2mm thickness, with front openable hinged door, locking arrangements etc. and making connections complete all as specified.

Supply and fixed LED flood light fitting made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing IP-66 protection type, with high power LED as lighting source and lend 50 Watts, 110 lumen per watt , heat resistant toughened glass, electronic driver, epoxy powder coated finish with all accessories duly prewired including removing of unserviceable fitting of any type complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing in repairs flame proof enclosure conforming to IS 248-2004 protection as per IP-55 made out of cast aluminium alloy LM6 of electrical rating 16A/240V AC 50Hz with 16 Amp DP rotary type switch (flameproof type)-3 Nos with 3 cable entry 3/4" x 3 Nos complete for controlling 3 circuits complete all as specified and as directed..

Refixing old serviceable 25 x 3 mm aluminium strip, earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or burried in ground or fixed to poles or roof with saddle and screw complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing serviceable Air termination, single pointed aluminium rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long fixed nwith 2 Nos suitable size of nut and bolt with washer all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixed heavy duty porcelain insulator to fixed aluminium strips on roof top, wall including PVC plug and gutties, screws complete all as specified.

Supplying, laying, fixing in repairs 40 mm nominal bore dia,galvanized tube medium grade for fixing of air termination on roof top including necessary PCC for fixing of tube complete all as specified and as directed.
