Boring for Cast-in-Situ piles Augering and boring of holes in site for Bored cast-in-situ R.C.C. Piles for building foundations in loamy, clayey soils like Black cotton soils and ordinary soils without under reams as per IS 2911 - 1980 as per approved designs including alloperations, incidental, labour charges, hire charges of machinery, augur bore drill and shell equipment, etc, complete forall depths and for finished item of work for piles of following diameters:Up to 300 mm dia.

Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD)/ Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) / Mild steel (MS) steel bars (Fe-500/500D/550D grade as per IS 1786-1979) of different diameters for RCC works, including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including sales and other taxes on all materials etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors.

Supply and placing of the Design Mix Concrete M 25 grade corresponding to IS 456 with minimum cement content of 380 kgs/cum of concrete using weigh batcher / mixer with 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate - as per IS 383 - 1970 and IS 2386 Part 1 to Part 8) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site, centering using casurina ballies, bamboos, wooden reapers, runners, wood posts, wall plates etc., including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as weigh batching, machine mixing, lifting of concrete manually, laying concrete, vibrating, curing, overheads & contractors profit etc., complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work.

Earth work excavation Ordinary Soil - Manual Means up to 3m depth for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material as per Technical Specification 305 MORD / 304 MORTH.

Collection, Supply and filling with Crusher Stone Dust complying with standard specifications including cost and conveyance of Crusher Stone Dust to site to work labour charges watering tamping, ramming etc complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge of the work (APDSS No.101).

Plain Cement Concrete (1:4:8) for under bed using coarse aggregate 40mm size hard , machine crushed granite from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate, water etc. to site, excluding seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials and including all charges for machine mixing, laying concrete in foundations and under flooring bed, ramming in 15 cm layers finishing top surface to the required level curing etc., complete for finished item of work. Construction of Random Rubble Stone Masonry in CM (1:6) prop: (Cement: Sand) using hard other than granite stones carted from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, screened sand, water, stones etc., from approved quarry, to site, including labour for cutting stones to required size and shape, mixing, of cement, mortar, construction, curing etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work in foundation and basement.

Providing MS gate with specific design authorised bydepartment imcluding cost and conveyance of all materials and labour for fixing ,cutting ,placing and welding at workshop and including transportation charges etc., complete for finished item of work.

Painting two coats with synthetic enamel paint Grade-II VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/litre over primer coat of red oxide to new iron work including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, incidental, operational and all labour charges etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work in all floors. (SS No. 1201, 1212 & 1207).

Supply & application of one coat water based cement primer of interior grade I and two coats of acrylic emulsion paint having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/litre for internal walls including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, sales & other taxes, incidental, operational and all labour charges etc.,and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work in all floors.

Construction of VCC M30 grade design mix un-reinforced, expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per IS codes, coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS : 383, maximum in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropeiate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 mictron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with sholvels, rakes, compacted using needle, and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints near approaches to bridge / culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 21- days, and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification.
