Shifting of Transformer and 11KV Pole structure and misc repair works at 11KV Substation, Nigalpani

Erection of steel tubular or rail pole strut in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling and secured with holding clamps, bolts, nuts, etc. as required.

Supplying of two lengths of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per metre) double pole cross arm for three wire 11 KV over head line conductors complete with through bolts and nuts for clamping to the poles, 50 mm X 6 mm M.S. flats welded on one side to the channel iron and with bolts and nuts on the other side for tying the cross arms together, including drilling holes for insulator pins/ fittings, bolts, nuts and washers etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Erection of double pole 3 wire cross arm for 11KV/ 22KV/ 33 KV over head lines as required.

Supplying and erection of 11 KV disc insulator for 11 KV over head lines with galvanised insulator fittings, ball and socket type and complete with galvanised strain clamps, bolts, nuts. washers etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of 11 KV pin insulator complete with large steel head G.I. pin, nuts. washers etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of three piece nonlinear resistor type lightning arrestor suitable for 3 wire, 11 KV overhead lines with rated voltage 9 KV (rms) with a nominal discharge current rating of 5 KA and complete with galvanized clamping arrangement, G.I. bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Excavation for roadway in soil using manual means for carrying of cut earth to embankment site with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 50 m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3

75 mm thick back filling for pitching including supplying of required materials and consolidation etc. complete with: Stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size.

Earthing with G.I. Earth plate 600 x 600x 6mm thick including accessories, and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25mm x 5mm G.I. Strip at 0.50 m below ground level as strip earth electrode, including connection/terminating with G.I nut. bolt, spring washer etc. as required.(jointing shall be done by overlapping and 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50 mm)

Supply & Installation of 11 KV, Air Break Switch, 200/400 Amp, 3 Phase. 3 Insulator per Phase, Tilting Type, complete with bolts, nuts. washers etc. as required.

Providing concrete for plain/ reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 P.C.C. grade M 10 Nominal mix 1:3:6 (Hand mixed)
