Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting outin hard /dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m deep and not exec. 1.5 m wide and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. .

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick with hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type E2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, etc. complete all as specified

M& L for chequered cement tiles size 300mm X 300mm X 25 mm thick,set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor with grey cement and pigments complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for screed or bedding layer 15 mm thk in CM 1:6 finished even and fair on floors for laying floor finishes.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick on stone masonry surface in CM 1:4 and finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete(unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings of any description and in any position not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified

M&L for cement concrete type A-1 1:1.5:3 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in pavings, floor, mass concrete etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) 200 mm thick as in pavings, floor etc, complete all as specified.

M&L for finishing surface of concrete roads, pavements, by brooming complete all as specified.

Forming 12mm thick Expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’, thickness of concrete slab 150 mm, etc. complete all as specified

Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound grade 'A' complete all as specified

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan socket or power) complete including fittings such as switches, ceiling reose, pendents, regulator sockets etc, removing material from site and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall/floor/roof all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material & Labour for point wiring with 1.5 sq mm (Nominal area) FRLS, PVC insulated, 1100 volt grade, multistranded copper conductor cable un-sheathed in & including PVC casing caping with fittings/accessories and PVC insulated, FRLS, 1100 volt grade un sheathed copper conductor of 1.5 sqmm size cable earth wire connected to common earth including closed recessed wooden terminal boxes of suitable size made of 2nd class hard wood for mounting of switches, sockets, fan regulators etc with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet of Hylam/Mica make as top cover complete all as specified for the following:- (a) One light point/fan point/buzzer point Exhaust fan point controlled by one switch.

(b) One socket outlet 5 Amp on independent board complete.

(c) One socket outlet 5 Amp on same board complete.
