SCHEDULE 'A'

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard/dense soil.

M&L Dismanling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Framed work as in covering to static water tank cover, of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive or steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surface over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described, and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc crome, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old steel surface over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described, and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M &L Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate 100mm thick as in sub base finished fair and even including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L granular metal/stone chips 6.6 to 12.5 mm size, spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required 50 mm thick as base for interlocking tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 grade with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Pre cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 type C1 1:3:6 using 20 mm grade stone agg all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in benching, coping complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L two coat of exterior emulsion weather coat paint over the new plasterd wall surface including preparation of surfaces and one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of old plastered surfaces of wall and two coat of exterior emulsion weather coat paint over the new plastered wall surface including preparation of surfaces and one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, man holes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting ou in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, inlcuding spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick of hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate ) as in foundation bed concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, for walling of random rubble uncoursed, well bonded,bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed..

M&LProviding precast ce- ment concrete type C 1 ( 1:3:6) 20 mm graded agg as in bonders (for stone wallin). with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings throat ing etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over stone for hammer dressing with maximum depression n exc 40 mm on face of stone wall and dressing of face bed and joints , as specified , RR walling and uncoarsed or brought up to course complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for raised pointing to random rubble masonry , uncoursed or brought upto courses in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Low density polyethylene pipes (LDPE) 110 mm bore of pressure rating 6 kg/ cm2 laid in walls complete all as specified and directed.

Earth obtained from locally filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.
