Providing and fixing aluminium composite panel cladding of approved colour and shade, minimum 4 mm thick, comprising of two aluminium sheets each of minimum 0.5 mm thickness bonded to a non-toxic polyethylene / FR core, conforming to relevant IS standards, fixed on aluminium framework made of extruded aluminium sections of approved size, duly fixed to RCC / brick masonry with approved anchor fasteners. Panels shall be machine cut, grooved, bent and fixed using aluminium cleats / SS screws / rivets as approved. Joints shall be uniform and sealed with approved silicone sealant. The work includes all necessary framework, fittings, fixtures, sealants, scaffolding, cutting, bending, wastage, labour and tools, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided.

M&L for cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete in type D2 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) all as speciefied and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors & wall, laid bedded & pointed in any mortar.

M & L for preparing new steel surface of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/concrete surface including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.

Demolition brickwork or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc,

M&L Brickwork with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6

M&L Rendering in two layer on fair faces of brick work or concrete sur-faces of wall 5 mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC as per manufacturers instructiion for finished even and smooth without using extra cement over 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 (WPC will be measured and paid separately).

M&L Rendering 5 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete sur-faces of ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 for finished even and smooth (without using extra cement)
