Providing and applying primer coat medium porosity with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road srurface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.85 (zero point eight five) kilogram per square metre using mechnical means as per technical specification cluase 502 complete within all leads, lifts, carriage of material and other incidentials charges.
Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion confirming to IS:8887 (RS-1) using emulsion pressure distributor including preparing the surface and cleaning with mechnical broom on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface @ 0.275 kg/sqm (at the rate of zero point two seven five kilogramme per square metre) as per technical specification, complete in all respect including haulage of material in all leads and lifts by all modes of transportation and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and Laying bituminous concrete 30mm ( thirty millimetre) compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-10 (ten) @ 5.0% (at the rate of five point zero per cent) (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime/cement filler @ 2% (three percentage) (percentage by weight of aggregatre) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 (Hundred - one hundred twenty) TPH capacity by using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required garde, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, complete in all respect including haulage of material in all leads and lifts by all modes of transportation and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
