Top overhauling of 375 HP Diesel Engine, of Greaves make, Model TBD232 V12 (E.No. 33051250618) by decoupling of engine and pump including inspection and cleaning of all parts . Reassembling of engine by replacement defective and unserviceable parts with new spares ( As per list enclosed) .Cleaning of cylinder heads, overhauling of Turbocharger, Chemical cleaning, and pressure testing of lub oil cooler, repairing & cleaning of radiator, connecting rods servicing complete . Coupling of engine and pump with correct allignment, testing on no load and full load condition at site upto the satisfactory performance of the engine including cost of materials, labour charge and replacement of bearing of pumps as required complete and as directed by Engineer- in Charge .
Complete servicing of fuel injection pump (V-Type, 12 cylinder) by must replacing element, delivery valve and other defective washers, "o" rings etc, as required including calibration of injector and testing on no load and full load condition at site upto the satisfactory performance and as directed by Engineer- in - charge.
