REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF LT CABLE OF SIZE 120 SQMM X 3.5 CORE AND LT CABLE OF SIZE 70 SQMM X 3.5 CORE AT KHAMBHALIYA AIR FORCE STATION-I UNDER GE(AF) JAMNAGAR NO2 1. M&L for disconnection electric connection from LT panel taking out old/unsv/damaged LT cable of size 120 Sqmm x 3.5 core and 70 Sqmm x 3.5 core along with PCC cable cover from trenches, megger testing of cable & placed at site for repair/replacement -01 Job. 2. Laying only XLPE insulated, PVC inner sheathed, armoured with galvanised steel strip or wire, heavy duty, LT underground cable ISI marked with aluminiummulitistranded conductor 1100 volt grade of size 120 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in treanches/duct passing through pipe/duct or fixed on pole and connecting complete using suitable size lugs and nuts/bolts complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge - 340 RM, Note : XLPE cable shall be issued under sch 'B' free for fixing only. 3. Laying only XLPE insulated, PVC inner sheathed, armoured with galvanised steel strip or wire, heavy duty, LT underground cable ISI marked with aluminiummulitistranded conductor 1100 volt grade of size 70 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in treanches/duct passing through pipe/duct or fixed on pole and connecting complete using suitable size lugs and nuts/bolts complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge - 184 RM, Note : XLPE cable shall be issued under sch 'B' free for fixing only. 4. Excavation in tranches hot exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation/fixing pole /laying cable and pipe line etc or for man hole etc not exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and directed - 138.78 CUM 5. M &L for providing dry river sand as in sand cushioning below and above cable of the thickness specified in SSR to under ground electric cable incuding punning down of sand in layer all as specified and directed - 46.26 CUM. Note : For measurement purpose punned thickness of sand only will be considered, Supply and return Air ducting. 6. Supplying and laying reiforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV Type 2 flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm thick all as specified and directed - 2356 Nos. 7. Laying only PCC cable cover of size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm thick after sorting out serviceable/ undamaged using from trenches all as specified and directed - 500 Nos. 8. Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers, not exceeding 25 cm thick using excavated soil complete all as specified and directed - 77.72 CUM. 9. Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed - 61.06 CUM. 10. S&F in repair and replacement for MCCB 160 amp 4 pole 25 KA(TMD), lcs=100% lcu with fixed magnetic and thermal release adjustable overload 80-100% and adjustable short ckt 5 to 10 in setting complete with phase separator - 01 Nos Make:- L&T/ABB/Schnieder.

11. S&F in repair and replacement for MCCB 125 amp 4 pole 25 KA(TMD), lcs=100% lcu with fixed magnetic and thermal release adjustable overload 80-100% and adjustable short ckt 5 to 10 in setting complete with phase separator - 01 Nos Make:- L&T/ABB/Schnieder. 12. Testing and commissioning on load complete - 01 Job.
