Dismantling of all broken trench covers from existing position and cleaning the damage concrete by mauual hammering at 132 KV S/s Jwalapur, Haridwar.

Repair of MS angle frame by cutting and welding as per required fitment size and casting by CC ratio 1:1.5:3 & steel bar mesh of dia 10mm at 6 inches gap size as. (a) 0.70 X 0.78 Mtrs

Repair of MS angle frame by cutting and welding as per required fitment size and casting by CC ratio 1:1.5:3 & steel bar mesh of dia 10mm at 6 inches gap size as. (b) 0.35 X 0.80 Mtrs

Repair of MS angle frame by cutting and welding as per required fitment size and casting by CC ratio 1:1.5:3 & steel bar mesh of dia 10mm at 6 inches gap size as. (c) 0.38 X 0.80 Mtrs

Repair of MS angle frame by cutting and welding as per required fitment size and casting by CC ratio 1:1.5:3 & steel bar mesh of dia 10mm at 6 inches gap size as. (c) 0.52 X 1.05 Mtrs

Repair of MS angle frame by cutting and welding as per required fitment size and casting by CC ratio 1:1.5:3 & steel bar mesh of dia 10mm at 6 inches gap size as. (d) 0.40 X 1.00 Mtrs

Repair of MS angle frame by cutting and welding as per required fitment size and casting by CC ratio 1:1.5:3 & steel bar mesh of dia 10mm at 6 inches gap size as. (e) 0.42 X 1.00 Mtrs

Placing all repaired ready trench covers after curing and applying one coat of primer & black japan paint on the M.S angle frame.

Providing and fabrication of steel reinforcement (MS angle, MS Round bar and M.S Flat) of disered size or as per direction of site incharge.

Cleaning of soil from different size cable trench area with the help of tar brush & khurpi, throwing outside the periphery of substation premises, work also includes safe handling of cable, opening & placing of trench cover, removing of girth, kankar, pebbles, foreign material etc from cable trench & throwing it outside as per direction of site incharge.

General maintenance of substation premises (switchyard & surrounding area) by clearing/cutting of grass, bushes, jungle vegetation, weeds etc and sapling, removal of rubbish, dry leaves, foreign material (waste paper, polythenes etc ), removal & uprooting of bushes climbers anlogwith roots from pale/wiremesh fencing & all equipments structures as well throwing/disposing it upto a distance of 50 meter outside from the periphery of switchyard/substation. including sweeping of all trench covers, plinths, paths/roads.
