Demolition of Brick work or stone/boulder masonry, laid built in cement mortar.

M & L for PCC solid block type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) exc 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6

M&l for Rendering 15mm thick on brick/concrete surfaces other than fair faces of brick work or on one side of lathing in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B 2 (40 mm graded aggregate) in surface channels and drains

M&L for walling of random rubble uncoursed well bonded ,bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:6

M&L Surface excavation n.exc. 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard dense soil all as specified and as directed

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50mt from the starting point

Hard core of gauge not exceeding 63 mm deposited spreade and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m deep for foundation in mud soil

M&L cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as in floors and pavings , all as specified and as directed

Supply and laying fine aggregate 50mm thick spreading and levelling in layers n exc 25cm thick incl consolidation

M&L Machine presses precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 Grade with grey cement and no pigment

M&L for boulder stone pitching grouted with cement and sand mortar in CM 1:6

M&L for raised pointing in CM 1:4 to random or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought upto courses

M&L excavation over areas n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil

S&F framed work as in doors or gates or angles conforming to Fe 290 Gde 165

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm

M&L for two coat of colour wash on new wall surface including preparation of surface

M&L Preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, n.exc 10cm width or girth when unconnected with other painting and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete B0 1:2:4 in copings including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered
