All Tenderers /Bidders shall provide the requested information accurately and in sufficient as detailed in Section-3: Qualification Information and shall upload all the documents/credentials meeting the Qualifying Requirements

Tenderer should further demonstrate Liquid Assets and/or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs.18.29Lakhs

Tenderer should have Achieved in atleast two financial years in the last five years i.e. FY 2021-22 to 2025-2026 a minimum financial turnover not less than the amount put to tender of Rs.60.96Lakhs

The Bidder should have carried out at least 01 (One) No. of 66kV & above class breaker replacement/similar successfully/ satisfactorily in the last 5 years preceding the date of bid submission and shall be completed and commissioned 1 year prior to the date of submission of the Bid.Mandating satisfactory completion as a prime contractor for atleast one similar work of value not less than 50% of the cost of the contract(Rs.30.48Lakh).

All self declarations, legally enforceable deeds & Undertakings as per terms and conditions of the tender

Self-declarations of Bidder in respect of Restriction on border sharing as specified in Annexure- XVI & XVII as per Clause No. 2.4 of ITT

The Tenderer/ Bidder Should possess Valid Super Grade (SGL) Electrical Contractors License issued by the Government of Karnataka or Valid Form J-1 Verification letter issued by the Chief Electrical Inspectorate, Govt. of Karnataka to other State Electrical Contractor License Holder for the highest system voltage specified in the tendered work as on the date of Bid Submission and shall upload the same along with other Bidding documents failing which the offer will be rejected

Bidder shall upload filled techno commercial sheets
