Tender for the Supply of MECHANICAL CIRCULATOR 60 TON PAN with Erection & Commissioning and Trail & Testing as per specification mentioned below for season 2023-24

SUPPLY SCOPE-TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION OF MECHANICAL CIRCULATOR FOR CAPACITY 60 TON VACCUM PAN OF B MASSECUITE 01 NO., BEARING WITH PLANATORY GENERAL MOTOR, VFD PANNEL & CABLE ETC. Mechanical circulator to suit for 60 tons capacity , vacuum pan (Top Mounted ) Having a shaft machine from 150 MM dia EN-8 in three piece couple through a set of fixed MS coupling with Gunmetal Bush . The lower shaft shall of MS Drum duly Machined fitted with necessary SS vanes thickness - 16 mm & a guide bearing at other end & supported with center down take of pan calandria . The upper shaft shall be supported with cast steel housing fitted with thrust roller spherical roller bearing & gun metal Bush with complete sealed & leak proof with mechanical seal fitted with flexible coupling for both output & input shaft complete with suitable vertical planetary gear box & suitable motor , 1440 RPM vertical Flange mounted motor . The final RPM of mechanical circulator will be 48 . The middle shaft will be supported with pan body and bottom shaft will be supported with downtake of pan . MOTOR REQUIRED – For 60 ton pan – 60 HP , 1440 RPM vertical flange mounted motor Planetary gearbox make – kavastu / top gear Motor make – ABB / Crompton / Siemens variable frequency device & control panel make – Compton / Siemens / ABB SUPPORTING STAGING- The supporting staging & structure provided from pan floor & the bed plate &cast steel housing with spherical roller bearing will be fitted with supporting structure & also platform & railing will be provided by party. `
