Grouting of cracks with watermain in the bed and Sand filter at Chowki Plant in Section Daroh

Surface preparation, Treating the cracks, cleaning of survace with the help of various equipment wire brush etc. and surface to bemade dirt,oil and foreign particles free. Once the cleaning is done the site area will be washed with watre to do away with micro fine particles from the water proofing area. All the area where water proofing job will be taken should be closed for normal foot trafic till .Repair of surface with polymer modified mortar (cement/ water/ Fosroc Nitobond SBRATEX) all the cracks to be repaired and filled with polymer modified mortar. Any loose area present on the surface will also be required with PMM. Repair area will be required to care for one day before application of water proofing coating on the surface. Any pipe penetrations in the surface will berequired and sealed with PMM. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts.

Injection Nozzle Packing / grouting:- Drilling and fixing injection packers in RCC members for cementitious grouting, drilling holes in structural members at the intervals as per recommendation, cleaning the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. Insert 12 mm dia, 50-75 mm long PVC or equivalent injection packers in cleaned holes with fast setting mortar like renderoc Plug or equivalent. Cut the packers by cut of wheel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements. Injection grouting : Supplying and applying plasticised expanding grout admixture cementitious grouts Cebex 100 of Fosroc or equivalent having Chloride content- Nil as per BS: 5075 Typical unrestrained expansion of upto 4% in geeral. The admixture should be mixed @ 225 grams per 50 kg of cement, as per manufactures specificationed as directed. Grouting of structural cracks (if any) : Injection Nozzle Packing @ cracks: drilling and fixing injection packers in RCC members for grouting drilling holes in structural members at the intervals 200 mm c to c as per site requirments, cleanin the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles.Pressure grouting unsing moisture insentive, low viscous epoxy grout conbextra EP 10(m) of Fosroc having mix density 1060 kg/ m3 comppressive. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts.

Honch:- Engineer plus EP- Epoxy resion bonding agent making Gola of minimum 50 mmx 50 mm with white cement mortar admixed with Nitobond SBR LATEX including finishing, curing all complete a pe manufactures methodology. Minimum 5 Litres of Nitobond SBR LATEX MUST be added per 50 kg of white cement bag to make the mortar. Note:- Civil material will be provided free of cost.

Water proof coating :- Providing and applying waterproofing treatment to sound, moisture free concrete surface unsing Bursh bond RFX Grey manufactured by Fosroc chemicals india PVT. Ltd and applied by Fosroc authoried applicator.Well cleaned, dry and leveled concrete surface shall be primed with Nitobond SBR LATEX (diluted with water in alratio of 1 part SBR LATEX:4 part :5 part cement) applied at coverage of 10 sqm / Litre (after dilution) following by application of Brushbond RFX Grey @ recommended consumption of 12-14 sqm / Pack for 1 mm thickness in two coats. Burshbond RFX is high performance Elastomeric cementitious water proof coating.It shall be applied in two coats at coverage rate of 12-14 sqm/ Pack to acheve a minimum WFT of 1 mm. The memebrane formed hall confirm the following minimum properties:

Pot life :30 Min@ 270 C as per ASTM D 4060, 4541,638, ASTMC 836 2)
