Excavation in foundation and trenches etc. in earth work in all kind of soils such as pick work jumper work, saturated soil including blasting soft/hard rock, chiseling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, levelling of bed, stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the excavated soil in 15cm. layers when required into plinths, side of foundations etc including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil as directed in all leads/lifts and shoring strutting, timbering where ever required complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1cement:3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm, so as to give a fair finish including centring shuttering ,strutting and propping etc.with wooden battens and ballies,height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs. and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-

(a) Foundation,footing & bases of columns and the like mass concrete complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

(b) Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors roofs landings and the like floors etc. up to 200 mm in thickness complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

(c) Beams,cantilivers,girders and lintels sides and soffits of beams,beam haunchings, cantilivers , girders, bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1 metre in depth complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

(d) Vertical surfaces such as walls ( any thickness ) partitions and the like including attached pilasters , buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 ( 1cement:1.5 sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size )and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement in:-

(a) Foundation,footing & bases of columns and the like mass concrete complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

(b) Suspended floors, roofs, landings and shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilivers up to floor two level complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

(c) Walls (any thickness but not less than 0.1m) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level) complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

(d) Columns,pillars,posts & struts upto floor two level complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete up to floor two level complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work using common burunt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in cement mortor 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand) complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

6 mm cement plaster to ceiling in CM 1:3 ( 1Cement :3 Sand) complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

15 mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/concrete stone walls for interior plastering up to floor two levels including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement:6 sand) complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Pointing on brick work with cement mortor 1:3 (1cement : 3 sand) Raised and Cut complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing pressed steel doors frames manufactured from commercial mild steel sheet of 1.25 mm thickness including hinges, jump lock jamb, beed and if required angle threshold of mild steel angle of section 50X25 mm or base ties of 1.25 mm pressed mild steel welded or regidly fixed together by mechanical means, adjustable lugs with split and tails to each jamb including steel but things 2.5 mm thick with gaurds, lock strike plate and shock as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pretreatment of the surface complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing panneled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows,including black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws. 40 mm thick. 2nd class deodar wood complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters using galvanised M.S. wire gauge of IS gauge specification 8 S.G with wire of dia 0.56 mm for doors,windows i/c bright finished black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws 30 mm thick of 2nd class deodar wood with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying priming coat on new wood and wood based surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil,greese,dirt and other foreign matters,sand papering and knotting.Ready mixed paint brushing wood primer pink complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces,with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaningthe surface of dirt ,dust and other foreign matters sand papering and stopping with enamel paint other than white complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Precast terrazzo tiles hydraulic compressed 20 mm thick with marble chips of specified size in flooring cement mortar 1:6 (1cement : 6 sand) jointed with neat cement slurry. (Dark shade) complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in wooden frame of window etc.with M.S. flats, square or round barswith round headedbolts and nuts by screws plain grills. Including applying priming and painting two coat of aproved brand complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing anodised MS sliding door bolts with bolts and nuts screws etc. complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing anodised MS tower bolts ( barrel type) with screws etc. complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing ad fixing anodised MS handles with necessary screws etc. complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surfaces two coats to give an even shade including thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt , dust and other foreign matters complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture (two coats) and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade sand papered smooth complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolation below G.L. upto 1.50 mtr's depth including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials with in 20 metres lead and including cutting the necessary reinforcement and separating from R.C.C./ R.B. Work complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work above G.L. upto floor two level including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of un-serviceable materials within 20 metres. lead.(In cement mortar) complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, jointing 300mm dia (by way of circumfrential butt welded joints by electrical arc welding) testing and carriage of MSERW pipe of following diameters confirming to BIS 3183-2007, steel grade specified below (latest with upto date ammendments) having wall thickness as specified below with bevelled ends and capable of withstanding required test pressure in a random length of 4 to 7 meters, including manufacturing reducers/ tapers, all short pieces, bends etc. as per site requirement made from parent tubes. The laying of pipe will include all operation such as cutting, welding, jointing, fabrication of bends, tees etc. including lowering and laying in excavated trenches to ensure required level including flushing, cleaning and hydraulic testing complete in all respect to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. The fabricated bends shall have three or four cuts having its radius not less than five times the dia of pipe. The pipes shall be factory galvanized (zinc coating both inside and outside) as per relevant IS standards. The welding electrodes shall be as per IS 814 of Advani Oerlikon/ L&T or ISI marked make. The rates also includes entire carriage of material, flushing, cleaning & hydraulic testing complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Earth work in trenches will be measured and paid for separately).

Providing, laying, jointing, testing and carriage of GMS Pipe of 150mm (M) diameters confirming to BIS 1239 (Part-1), of following grade specified below (Latest with upto date ammendments) and having wall thickness as specified below with bevelled ends and capable of withstanding required test pressure in random length of 4 to 7 meters, including manufacturing reducers, tapers, all short pieces, bends etc. as per site requirement made from parent tube. Providing and welding of MS flanges detailed as below. The MS flanges shall confirm to BIS 6392-1971 (with latest up to date ammendments) duly welded in two layers (two inner and two outer) with pipes at both ends as per relevant BIS standards along with nuts and bolts of required sizes, 3mm thick compressed asbestos fiber/synthetic rubber gaskets confirming to relevant BIS standards. The laying of pipe will include all operation such as cutting, welding, jointing, providing & fixing of MS flanges, fabrication of bends, tees etc. including lowering and laying in excavated trenches to ensure required level including flushing, cleaning and hydraulic testing complete in all respect to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. The fabricated bends shall have three or four cuts having its radius not less than five times the dia of pipe. The pipes shall be factory galvanized (zinc coating both inside and outside) as per relevant IS standards and the damaged portion of the pipes and specials made from the parent tube shall be provided anticorrosive treatment by applying two coats of anticorrosive bituminous paint over a priming coat as per AWWA specifications C-203-1978. The welding electrodes shall be as per IS 814 of Advani Oerlikon/ L&T or ISI marked make. The rates also includes entire carriage of material, flushing, cleaning & hydraulic testing complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Earth work in trenches will be measured and paid for separately).

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing: 1:5:10 (1 cement: 5 coarse sand): 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal Nominal size complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Stone/ Boulders filling behind retaining walls complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing weep hole in brick masonary stone masonary plain/ reinforcement cement concrete, abutment wing wall, retaining wall with 90mm dia PVC pipe expending through with the slope of 1:2 forwarded to face complete with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
