Amount

Demolishing brick work in boundary wall manually / by mechanical means including stacking of servicable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 m lead as per direction by the Engineer-in-charge

Removal of mortar from dismantled brick brushing and stacking of material with in 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation for making pile bore of 300 m dia and 1.50 m depth including all labour T&P etc complete in all respect as per direction of E/I.

Earth Work by power transport for a lead of upto 1 km including excavation ,loading unloading,royalty, manual compaction and dressing including all lift rate shall be applicable for lead beyond 630 m and upto 1 km.

Centering and shuttering for R.C.C. Work incluing rent of shuttering material ,labour and T&P required for proper completion of work for slab and wall etc.

Providing and laying steel reinforcement with cutting bending and binding including cost of steel and binding wire placing in proper position & T&P etc required for proper completion of work.

R.C.C. 1:1½:3 in pillar beam lintel with crushed stone grit & coarse sand .

Brick work with 1:4 cement morter including all cost of material labour T&P etc required for completion of work .

Supplying and fixing of angle iron ISA 50X50X6 mm placed every 3.00 m c/c embeded in C.C in depth of 0.45 m and every corner end every 15 th post shall be strutted on both side including cutting drilling holes riveting as necessary with one of red oxide primer and its carriage upto site i/c cost od all mtterial labour T&P etc required for proper completion of work.

Providing barbed iron wire fencing i/c fixing it to post after stretching it including labour T&P etc equired for proper completion of work.

12 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 in cement and coarse sand mortar.

Water proofing cement paint two coat of approved brand and make of priming coat of white cement including brooming and brushing to give an even shade including supply of all material labour T&P etc required for proper completion of work.

Providing and fixing of M.S Tubular frames for door window ventilators and cupboard with rectangular /L type section mae of 1.60 mm thick M.S. Sheet joints mitred welded and grinder finish with profiles of required size i/c fixing of necessary butt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer

Supply and fixing sign board on angle iron frame 40x40x6 mm 25x5 mm flat iron bracing sand 18 SWG (1.25mm) MS sheet with one coat of red oxide primer painting writing including Earth work and fixing in position with C.C (400x300x300mm) in 1:2:4 with stone grit (all work done as per direction of Engineer-in-charge) including cost of all material labour T&P etc.
