Brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:4) In superstructure, ground floor

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding /staging where necessary (Ground floor). [Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] With 1:4 cement mortar. 20 mm thick plaster

Neat cement punning about 1.5mm thick in wall, dado, window sill, floor etc. NOTE:Cement 0.152 cu.m per 100 sq.m.

Brick soling with picked jhama bricks including preparation of bed as necessary with brick joints properly filled in and packed with powdered earth and including necessary cushion of similar material below the soling (and in between layers when more than one layer is used) completes as per direction. (a) Single brick flat soling (thickness 75 mm.)

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement,if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes.(a) pakur Variety

Supply and erection of information Sign having M.S. Channels/ Angel posts & 1.5 mm thick M.S.Sheet & synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer including lettering complete & fixed 1000 mm above from the G.L. as per direction of E.I.C.

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes (i) Pakur Variety

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in Sub-structure including initial straightening, straightening of coils bars, removal of loose rust (if any), cutting to requisite length bending, binding with annealed wire not less than 1 mm in size and conforming to IS 280 at every intersection hooked and bent to correct shape and placed on forms etc. including cost of black annealed wire and cost of loading, unloading, carriage of all steel materials complete as per drawing and technical specifications and directionof Engineer-in-charge.

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor)(a) 25 mm to 30 mm thick wooden shuttering as per decision & direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying and laying in the specied pattern of Interlocking Concrete Block(ICBP) with concrete block (with concrete gradeas speciefiedas per Table I of IS 15658:2005) manufactured in steel mould clamped tovibrating table by hydraulic perssure ( as per cl no - 6.30 of IRC SP 63(2018) from bis Licensee manufacturerwith spacer nio 9 small protruding profile on the vertical faceof a paver block usedas device for keepingminimum joint gap in beteen the paving blocks as perCL ni - 3.26 of IS: 15658) as specified size and sape with aspect ratio ( the ratio of length to the thickness of paver block as per CL 3.3 of IS 15658) as perTable 2 of IS 15658 with flextural strength/breaking loadas per Annexture G of IS 15658 on the prepared base course of specified as per Table 1 of IRC SP 63 (2018) OR ELSE AS MENTIONED IN DESIGN AND DRAWING WITH CUSHION OF COMPACTING BEDDING SAND OF 25-35 MM THICK ( GRADING of the bedding sand ( the grading of the joint filling sand will be as per CL 6.5.2 IRC SP 63 and cpompleting the edges with cut block as per CL no - 8.7 of IRC SP 63(2018) WITH PROPER BEDDING AND JOINT FILLING SAND AND FILLING UP OF THE EDGE GAP 80 MM thick.
