Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete block walling complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise described for of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes, 150 mm internal dia (Salt glazed stoneware/ AC or reinforced concrete) (internal dia) set in cement mortar including haunching and bed concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of stone slab cladding of any description incl backing cement spread etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 150mm dia, Double wall corrugate pipe (DWCP) pipe incl socket, coupler etc laid and jointed laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished, and reforming benching as required, for 150mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed to drain pipes of 150mm bore including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested, including filling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed to drain complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar 1:4 over fair faces of block masonary complete all as secified and as directed.

S&F MS angle iron posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc.,and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth of any description and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for square rubble Walling, Jodhpur type, brought up to courses, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:4 completed all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete1:2:4 type B1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6, completed all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base etc complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Factory made vitrified heavy duty parking tiles coloured, matt finish, unglazed and unpolished of size 300x300x10mm thick laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F precast concrete block factory made type C-1, 1:3:6 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings, kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, bonders (for stone walling), corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weathering, throating etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match for kerb stone jointed with CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for granite of 18mm to 20mm thick with uniform texture (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms, WHB counters, urinal partitions and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite colour stone including making and polishing bevelled edges of corner, moulding etc complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repair Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified & directed. (Note - Each line wire to be measured).

Restraining, resecuring including making good Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified & directed.

M&L Jodhpur stone for drain cover self faced, 7.5 cm to 10 cm thick complete with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match for existing stone jointed with CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, bed block for fixing of angle iron, near bottom of wall to closing gaps/holes etc including necessary use and waste of form work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repairs galvanised iron(Hot dipped) punched type concertina coil of 1050 mm dia (dia of coil when unstretched) (weight of the concertina coil not less than 14 Kg and opening length should be 8.0m) & fixed to angle iron post/struts with 3.15mm dia GI wire all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint on newly plastered surface having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, grating etc with end of bars shouldered and or riveted, confirming to Fe 290 Gde-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in kitchen slabs, chajjas, lintels, cover slabs for manhole etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) for rough finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over as in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified & directed.
