Supply and laying , testing and commissioning in replacement of 1100 volts grade XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor (ISI marked), screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire including cable glands , lugs etc to suit the cable size to be laid in trenches , fixed along the pole , LT panel through GI pipe and laid under floors fixed conceled in wall encased in GI pipe etc complete all as specified and directed. of the following size. (a) 25 Sqmm 3.5 core

(a) 16 Sqmm 4 core

(c) 10 sqmm 2 core

Excavation in trench n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr depth for taking out/laying of cable etc including getting out in any type of soil and taking out cable covers and cable complete all as directed by Engr in Charge.

Material and labour for sand cushioning to underground cable 8 cm thick layers below the cable and 15 cm thick above the cable in trenches using fine screened river sand complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge. (Note:-Punned thickness shall be measured and paid)

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 CM complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil n.exc 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying unreinforced precast factory made concrete cable cover, class LV, Type 1 confirming to IS 5820-1970 with peak size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Re laying unreinforced precast factory made concrete cable cover, class LV, Type 1 confirming to IS 5820-1970 with peak size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 mm GI tubing light grade galvanized with all fittings for protection to U/G cable along poles, walls, flows, road crossing including necessary cutting of road and making good in original surface where required all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note:-cutting of road, making good in original surface with PCC 1:3:6

Domelation of PCC of pole copping concrete all as specified and as directed by engr in charge.

M & L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 with 40 MM graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation / Mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete type B 1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping of pole including use of form work and fnishing all exposed faces of concrete as per clause 4.11.66 (a)&(d) of SSR Part 1 complete all as specified.

M&L earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx 6.3 cm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron strip of size 25 X4 mm as earth lead by means of bolts nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron and strip protected by privision of GI pipe light grade ,40 MM bore including provn of concretepit in PCC (1:2:4) ype B 1 using 20 MM graded aggregate with 40 MM thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM ( weight not less than 4KG/Sqm)and frame of angleiron 25X25X3 MM with lugs two umbers and with 6 MM dia MS bar handle made to shape , GI medium grade 20 MM bore pipe for watering perforated at ottom 1.75 M long placed on top edge of plate , common salt and charcol filling and fxing arragement funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard and dense soil ,returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR 2009 Part 1 and connection all as specified and testing on completion. Note Item of earthing includes cost of 7.5 M long galvanized strip and protection pipe.

All as per srl item No. 12 here-in-before but using earth lead of 4MM dia GI wire.

M&L for Cleaning the extend exposed surfaces of steel tubular pole of 9 Metre long including with cross arms, brackets clamps etc and painting complete ( Except embedded portion) including all MS work mounted on pole , earth protection & water pipe ( if exists) with one coat of aluminium paint and providing 05 Nos bands/ straps with synthetic enamel paint ( black and yellow 30 cm wide each) from top of plinth block and numbering of poles with white synthetic enamel paint on black ground complete all as specified with painting of top of pole with silver paint

Supply and fix junction box IP 65 thermoplastic poly carbonate 5 terminals suitable upto 16/25 sqmm UG cable totally shock proof , safe , wheather proof , dust proof rust roof , water proof , halogen free, silica free and having internally embedded gasket technology , with glow wire test at 75 celcious according to IEC 60695-20-11 of size 200X160X98 mm along with MCB SP 6 Amps 10 KA as directed and specified. Supply & install feeder pillar box size 50CM (L)X30CM (W)X 60 CM (Ht) fabricated with 3 MM thick CRCA sheet ,powder coated ,4 Legs with suitable size angle iron (60 CM Ht)comprising of the following including all civil work after removing old damaged FP Box. (a) MCCB 63 A , 4 Pole - 01 No (For Incoming) (b) MCB TPN 32 A -04 Nos (For out going) (c) Phase indicator lamps - 01 Set (d) Al Busbar 200 A rated - 04 Nos.
