REPAIRS TO STREET EXTERNAL LIGHT, TIMER SWITCHES AND CONNECTED ITEMS AT MIL STN NAHAN UNDER GE CHANDIGARH

Dismantling of ACSR conductor sizes from Poles including disposal of unserviceable rubbish outside cantt area all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling reinceforced cement concrete pole /Iron poles/struts of any size and type including breaking of concrete cutting of mild bars of any size below the ground level up to 60 cm depth and all items including removing debries from site all as directed by Engr -In- Chrage (Note :Excavation, earth work included in this quoted rate) Note : T&P for Srl item No : 01 & 02 will be provided by the Contractor.No extra payment will be made for it.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 mtr wide and n exc 1.5 meter in depth and forming bottom surfaces to the required gradient and slope for laying of cable, pole etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling, in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, back in trenches after cables have been laid and tested, all as specified.

Removing excavated surplus (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete, all as specified.

Supply and laying burnt bricks sub class 'B' old size for cable protection laid flat length perpenducualr to the axis of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Sand cushioning with clean dry sand to cables with layer of sand 8cm before laying of cable and 15cm thick after laying of cable complete all as specified. Note : For payment purpose punned thickness of 18cm shall be measured against spread thickness of 23cm as mentioned in para 19.75 of SSR part-I

Supply and laying double wall corrugated pipe (DWC) confirming to IS 14930 Part-I of size 50 mm outer dia and 38 mm inner dia all as directed.

Supply and laying double wall corrugated pipe (DWC) confirming to IS 14930 Part-I of size 63 mm outer dia and 50 mm inner dia all as directed.

Supply, laying ,jointing and testing LT XLPE insulated cable screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of cross-sectional area 10 sq mm, 4 core making all incoming and out going connections through the lugs/ thimbles after taking out of old unservicable under ground cable from trenches/ road/ alongwalls/ pipe/ poles complete all as specified and directed . Note :- Excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid separately under respective item of this schedule
