Dismantling/opening of upper portion of Diesel Engine of capacity 225 KVA Make : Cummins Model NTA 855 water cooled, Turbo charged 1500 RPM Vertical type installed at AF Kargil Dett and Complete overhauling and repair/servicing of engine including taking out radiator/fuel pump hydraulic governors, lube oil pumps, water pumps turbo charger etc, Reassembling of engine after replacement of UNSV/defective parts and testing of engine as per manufacturer recommendation after completion of job to the satisfaction of the Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Spare parts for replacement to be paid seperately under serial item No. 4

Supply of spare parts to be replaced/fixed in DG sets under Srl item No 01 here-in-before for replacement of unserviceable spare parts for satisfactory functioning of Engine complete all as specifed and directed and directed by Enginer in charge.

Labour only for grinding, cutting & polishing of cylinder heads including, inserting new valve (Exhaust and inlet) valve sheets/guide, collect valve, valve spring etc.all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Spare parts for replacement to be paid seperately under serial item No. 4

M&L for repair/overhauling and calibration of fuel pump complete by replacing of worn out parts including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for grinding and polishing of crank shaft of 225 KVA DG set including spare parts needed to make engine serviceable complete all as specifed and directed by Enginer in charge. Note-:Rate quoted by contractor shall be include repair/replacement of any other spare parts required after opening of the engine /physical inspection of engine to make the engine serviceable including body of the engine.

M&L for repair/overhauling and calibration of injector assembly complete by replacing of worn out parts, carrel plunges, injectors etc complete all as specifed and directed and directed by Enginer in charge.

M&L for repair/overhauling and calibration of hydraulic governer complete by replacing of worn out parts all as directed.

M&L for servicing of self starter including replacement/rewinding of commutator , carbon bush set with holder, king pin holder, armature choke nut, body screens, clutch plate assembly and solenoid assy etc for DG set of capacity 225 KVA all as directed.

M&L for servicing of dynamo including replacement of carbon bush set with holder,bushes bearing, varnishing , de scaling etc for DG set of capacity 225 KVA all as directed.

Supply only coolant DAFC-50 of authentic make complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Turbo Charger suitable for 225 KVA DG Set make Cummins

Electrically disconnected and dismantling of Alternator assembly from DG set of capacity 45 KVA ,transportation to the authorised workshop and taking out the burnout assembly of rotor from alternator and rewinding the rotor and stator assembly complete with super enameled insulated copper wire of existing gauge and turn including H Class insulation, insulation paper, Glass sleeves , tap roll including changing of Disc assembly, bearing, nuts, bolts washer complete all as required and back loading to the power house including refixing the same complete with testing to the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (a) Transportation charges of loading and unloading of Alternator shall be incleded in the quoted rates. (b) Any repair work including spares required shall be incleded in the quoted rates (c) Any damage if accured during transportation shall be responsibility of contractor for making the same good.

S&F in replacement of Actuator fuel controller Cat Part No. 3408324 for 225 KVA DG set ,Make cummins complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of Maintanance free battery 180 AH, 12 Volt including battery terminal cable of standard size and length 2 mtrs suitable complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out of radiator from DG set 225 KVA, Cleaning of radiator by removing of dust/oil particles and cleaning of copper tubes by using caustic soda for any obstacles inside the tube, brazing/welding of fins, tubes and chamber for making free of any kind of leakage and refixing it complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note : Schedule of credit for Rs. 23,870.00 (Rupees Twenty Three Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy Only) to be deducted on acceptances of bid.Details of Schedule of credit is given in tender documents
