Taking down carefully existing copper/aluminium point wiring for light, fan, bell, socket, power socket etc complete with boards, outlet boxes fittings and fixtures such as switchs, sockets, lamp holders, bracket, ceiling rose etc removing from site of work complete all as directed.

Taking down and refixing after repair U/S tube light fitting any type and make from the location all as directed by Engr-in charge

Point wiring with FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cables of 1.5 sqmm size alongwith one earth continuity conductor with FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable of 1.5 sqmm size through and including PVC casing & caping terminated in PVC Box for fixing of switches, sockets, fan regulators etc for the following: - (a)One light point or one fan point or bell point controlled by one switch

(b)One 3 pin socket outlet, 5 Amp independent board.

(c)One 3 pin socket outlet, 5 Amp on the same board with other switches

Point wiring with FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cables of 2.5 sqmm size alongwith one earth continuity conductor with FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable of 2.5 sqmm size through and including PVC casing & caping terminated in PVC Box for fixing of switches/ sockets for one 3 pin socket outlet, 15 Amps, independent complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

Switch piano, flush type single pole, one way 5 Amp complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

Socket outlet 2 in 1, 3 pin, 5 Amp complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

Switch socket combination 2 in 1, 5 Amp flush type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

Switch socket combination 5A/ 16A, 5 in 1flush type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

Bell push, flush type, 5 amp complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

Point wiring for modular fittings complete with 1.5 sq mm single core multi stranded copper conductor PVC (FRLS) insulated unsheathed cable confirming to IS-694,1100 Volts grade ISI Marked , class V ( Make: POLYCAB,FINOLEX,ANCHOR )in concealed PVC conduit (ISI Marked) not less than 25/32 mm with accessories in surface of wall / roof / ceiling etc and including sunken pressed steel terminal boxes in wall, including modular cover plates and 1.50 sq mm PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor for common earth and connecting to earth dolly material and labour for :- (a)One light point or one fan point or bell point controlled by one switch

(b) One socket outlet 3 pin 5/6 Amps on same board

(c ) One socket outlet 3 pin 5/6 Amp on independent board

(d) One light point controlled by two, two-way switches Note-Accessories i.e switch/socket shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Sch 'A'.Rates are deemed to be included for making grooves in wall , chasing 40 mm wide and 40 mm deep , including making good and matching existing surfaces and colour all as directed.
