M&L for taking down of old unserviceable LT panel any type any size any capacity including all accessories after disconnecting elect cable connection from MCCB/MCB/Capacitor/Earthing terminals from existing site and dismantaling of foundation without damaging of LT cables and keep aside complete all as directed.

Supply, errect, test and commissioning LT feeder pillar box out door type, standing top, from CPRI type tested approved manufacturer fabricated, powder coated, dust & vermin proof, air vent gasket for natural air flow including removal cable entry gland plate, powder coated 440 volts, 3 phase, 4 pole, 50 cycles outdoor type weather proof made out of 3mm thick CRCA sheet, seperated chamber will be made with 2mm thick CRCA for each switch gear and bus bar with MS Channel base frame of size 75mmx75mmx6mm, hinged door, double locking arrangement with 'U' shape gasket on door panel with aluminium bus bar 800 Amps capacity insulated, Digital ammeter 0-500 amps, with CTs, Digital voltmeter 0-500 volts , LED indicating lamp with Kit-Kat control fuses for RYB installed and including on PCC 1:3:6 type C1 as per OEM drawing size of foundation comprising the following:- (Drg / design of Panel need to be approved by Engr-in-charge before given order to concern factory ). Outgoing:- (i) Six Numbers MCCB 100 amp, 4 pole, Ics 25 KA, 415 volts, 50 Hz, thermally adjustable lcs=100% lcu against overload setting connected through suitable size copper bus bar coated with insulating sleeves. Make : Legrand cat ref no. 420015 or equivalent in Havells or Hager as approved.

(ii) Two Numbers MCCB 63 amp, 4 pole, Ics 25 KA, 415 volts, 50 Hz, thermally adjustable lcs=100% lcu against overload setting connected through suitable size copper bus bar coated with insulating sleeves. Make : Legrand cat ref no. 420013 or equivalent in Havells or Hager as approved.

(iii) Six Numbers of panel mounted on-load AC changeover connected through suitable size of copper bus bar coated with insulating sleeves capacity of 100 Amps, 415 Volt, 4 pole, 50 Hz with advance neutral conforms to IS : 13947-3 including pahse barrier & handle with door interlock kit complete all as directed. Make : Standard, Cat ref No ISCNFO 0100 or equivalent in Havells / Hager.

Note:-(i) All internal connections of changeover/MCCBs shall be with suitable size of copper bus bar/copper cable (ii) The foundation of panel board shall be above 60 cm fromground level. (iii) All incoming and outgoing cables will be provided with suitable size of cable glands (iv) The design drawing of panel to be submitted with copy of genuine CPRI type test certificate of panel manufacturer. Any confirmation of genuiness of CPRI type test required at later stage, the same will be produced by contractor without any extra expenduture due to department. (v) Antirust paint will be provided on external surface of panel.

CTs/Voltmeter/Ammeter:- Suitable rating CTs/ digital voltmeter & ammeter shall be provided.

Busbars:- Copper bus bar and extension links of rating not less than the 1.5 times the rated capacity of the respective MCCB.

Note for APFC Panels :- All items / components / accessories which are useful and necessary for efficient working of the APFC panel to achieve power factor 0.99 shall deemed to be included in the item irrespective of the fact whether such items are specifically mentioned in it or not.

All as per item No 6 above of APFC panel but capacity of 50 KVAR distributed in steps of 3 steps (1x5 KVAR, 1x15 KVAR , 1x30 KVAR) complete all as directed.

Supply, laying & testing LT cable XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, of size 3.5 core 120 Sqmm complete all as directed. Make : Havells/ Polycab/ RR kabel

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep for laying of cables, pipes, foundation for poles etc., and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for good quality dry sand cushioning to under ground electric cable on layer of 8 cm thick before laying the cable and second layer of 15 cm thick after laying the cable all as specified in clause 19.75 of MES Schedule part-I (2009) Note : Sand shall be fined sand as specifed and punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

Supply and laying sub class 'B' bricks of old size (230x115x75 mm) or of size locally available , laid along alignment of cable as protection to cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F steel tubes light grade galvanized 100 mm bore ISI marked with all fittings fixed to walls / floors / road crossing, poles as required. Make : Tata / Jindal / Surya Prakash
