Taking down of carefully unserviceable Aluminium/copper point wiring (light, fan socket or power) complete with fitting such as switches, ceiling rose lamp holder, sockets, fan regulators, SK/FTL light fittings etc removing materials for store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be taken as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc as specified and directed.

M&L for modular point re-wiring with single core PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volt grade FRLSH cable with multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sq mm (Nominal area) drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit medium duty ISI marked not less than 25 mm dia, concealed conduit wiring in walls and surface with GI saddles GI screws, rawl plugs in ceiling or roof if not possible including Tee, Junction boxes and provision of modular flush metal boxes, inner and outer plate suitable for modular switch, socket and fan regulator as per site requirement and drawing continuous earth wire with and including PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade FRLSH cable with multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sq mm (Nominal area) and connected to main earth dolly complete all as specified for one light/Fan point controlled by one Switch . Notes: 1 The contract site mainly comprises of OTMs where point wiring may exceed its standard length. 2. The standard safety equipments and tools & plants including ladders etc to electricians / helpers will be provided by the Contractor without any additional cost to the department . 3. The contractor will make good of disturbed surfaces with material (incl plaster,putty) required to matchup with existing surfaces without any additional cost to the dept. This condition applies to all the materials in the BOQ.

All as per Srl item No 2 above for point wiring for 5 pin switch socket outlet, 5/6 Amps on same board with other switches complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of LED 15 Watt recess mounted not less than 100 lumen/watt round ceiling light fitting,warm /natural/ cool white as per requirement at site made of aluminium housing high translucent frosted plastic diffuser with glare free uniform illumination with electronic driver etc and all accessories pre wired including connecting to source complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repair of plug and socket metal enclosure box of module (2P+E- SP), IK 08, supplied with Neutral Links complete with one MCB SP 20 amp,240 Volts recess mounted with chained metal cover for the socket outlet complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S & F in repair of sub main wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed FRLSH cable 1100 Volt grade, with multi stranded copper conductor drawing in and including rigid PVC conduit of size not less than 25 mm dia in concealed / surface as required at site including one run PVC insulated unsheathed cable with multi stranded copper conductor colour code as a earth continuity and connected upto DB including taking down old unsv submain wiring of following sizes complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Two/Four run of single core PVC cable with one run of earth conductor & condiut shall be measured as one unit. S & F in repair of MCCB 3 pole (for 125 Amp) & 4 pole (for 160 & 200) ICS=100% ICU at 415 volts with rupturing capacity 16 KA with thermal-magnetic release and adjustable overload setting complete all as specified and directed of following capacity.

S & F in repair of MCB SP complying to IS/IEC 60898, 240 volts 'B' Curve 10 KA with energy limiting class 3. The MCB shall have 50% lower watt loss as required by IS/IEC 60898 from 6A to 63A . The mcb shall have the unique property of di-electric strength, arc resistance, insulation, flame retardancy and temperature resistance, including connection with suitable size copper lugs, The MCB shall give visible flag indication when MCB trips on Short Circuit Fault. M&L for earthing complete for bldg with galvanized mild steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meters below ground level connected to galvanized earth wire 4.00 mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, thimbles, chuck nuts, washers of GI or steel, PCC (concrete chamber of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 300 mm inside dimension) shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with fair finish , internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4, funnel with wire mesh, 80 mm thick PCC pit cover 320 mm x 320 mm of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with XPM, JALLI and charcoal dust and common salt all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of MES SSR Part-I (1991) and specified including provision of earth wire protected by 15mm dia medium grade GI pipe and watering GI pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade etc complete, all excavation and earth work & connecting the earthing to an earthing test point main switch board as specified and testing on completion complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.
