Surface dressing not exceeding 15 cm deep in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering/plastering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on faces of brick or concrete surfaces and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete in all respect as specifified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete in M10(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for hardcore (broken stone or boulders) of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete M7.5 (Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate 75 mm thick in sub base for laying tiles, pavings, floorings etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for coloured machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment as directed.

M&L for PCC, 1:2:4 type B1,(using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for steel work in tubular trussess / posts including special shaped washers etc complete using ERW or including butt welded tubes confirming to IS 1161 - 1979 grade St -240., structural steel is painted one shop coat of zinc chromate primer paint (incl preparation of surface) at contractor's workshop before fabrication complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly or previously untreated steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces on walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for pre-painted hot-dip aluminium-zinc alloy metallic coated corrugated steel sheet, any pattern corresponding to IS 15965:2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ150, 0.50 mm thick, of an approved colour and having yield strength of 550 MPa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws as specified including necessary scaffolding and safety measures at any floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. or for cable laying or water supply pipes lines etc or not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/ loose/ hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Granular Sub Base Course (GSB) grading as per Grade I as specified Table 400-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013, in a single layer over compacted sub grade with natural sand, crushed stone, crushed slag, or combination thereof as per the grading required. The materials are mechanically mixed, spread and leveling on the sub grade by using motor graders adequate capacit, and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight for achieving required compaction density of at least 98% of the Maximum Dry Density. Consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed with finished surface tolerances as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam laid in two layers of 75 mm each of grading as per table 400-13 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant, material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed with finished surface tolerances as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying Dry lean Concrete (DLC) 100mm thick of aggregate gradation as per Table 1 of SP 49:2014 having 7 day average compressive strength not less than 7 MaP. Minimum cement content not less than 140 Kg/Cum DLC mixed in Batching plant, transported to site and laid by electronic sensor paver including spreading and compacting using high amplitude tamping bars of paver (initial compaction) further by double drum smooth wheeled vibratory rollers with 80-100 KN static weight to achieve minimum dry density not less than 98% of maximum Dry Density, necessary finishing etc complete all as specified and directed with finished surface tolerances as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pavement quality concrete (PQC) of minimum 28 days field Flexural strength of 45Kg/Sqcm of 4.5 MaP, aggregate gradation as per Table 3 of IRC 15-2017, coarse aggregate of clean, hard strong, dense, non-porous and durable pieces of crushed stone or gravel, fine aggregates of clean natural sand or crushed stone sand or combination of both using minimum 360 kg/cum of cement with non-circular, virgin synthetic fibreof 12-18 mm length, specific gravity 1.34 to 1.39, UV stable, alkali resistant, with equivalent did 15-40 micron, minimum melting temperature as 240 C and minimum tensile strength of 300 MaP and at the rate as specified by the manufacturer. PQC laid, spread and compacted with slip-form paver, including curing and timing by texturing cum curing machine complete all as specified and directed. Required surface texturing to be done as specified in clause 10.1.14 and table 9 of IRC : 15-2017complete all as specified and directed.

Forming 25 mm width expansion joint in concrete slab for full depth of PQC. early entry saw and subsequent cutting by using diamond bit cutter of appropriate size, straighten smooth edge joint clean thoroughly with application of compressed air. joints shall be made dry, vacuum clean and free of dirt, oil, vegetation and other debris. the joint then filled with pre-moulded 25 mm thick compressible polyethylene closed cell type filler board as specified, there after application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 mins before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealant. placing of closed cell, medium density, croosed linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 30mm dia, overfilled board and filled with polyethylene based sealant complying with BS 5212, BS 4254 and EN-141875-2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) of +/- 30% having min 10 year performance guarantee, applying masked tape on the edge of joints and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant as per the methods specified by the manufacturer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips and including welding has to be done with minimum 20 cm over lap for new and old of any height. Complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete in surface channels and drains in M10(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plastering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces (on vertical surfaces) in cement mortar 1:4 with integral water proofing compound finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete type B-0 (1:2:4)(using 12.5 mm size graded aggregate) in coping set incl weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles & thickness complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.50 Mtr wide and not exc. 1.50 m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying of pipe line complete all as specified and directed

Taking up/down CI/DI/PPR water mains150/100 /50/40/25/20 mm dia (including all fittings), with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead complete all as specified and directed

S & F in repairs 15 mm nominal size, screw down bib taps, cast copper alloy body and body components with crutch handle, bright finished complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement 50 mm gun metal gate valves with iron wheel head screwed both ends for GI pipe and fixed to pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement 40 mm gun metal gate valves with iron wheel head screwed both ends for GI pipe and fixed to pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&f to Booster pumps for 440 V, 3 Phase, 50 Hz Confirming to IS- 12469 :1988 With CI Casing bronze impeller and stainless steel shaft mounted on heavy duty bearings suitable for 440 volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz 30mhead, 900 LPM discharge all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge for supply of distribution line beween pump house to diffrent sector.

Dismentling the old one & Material and labour for construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 90 cm x 90 cm x 90 cm (internal dimensions) with one brick thick wall in cement mortar (1:4) on 100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in foundation, 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) internally and externally up to 15 cm below ground level including, provision of valve pit cover made out of 3 mm thick MS sheet welded with 40 x 5 mm thick flat iron all round, on ISA 40 x 40 x 6 mm frame, fixed with hold fast 150 mm long, embedded in PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (Block size 230 x 200 x 100 mm) with necessary hinges, handles, locking arrangement, including applying two coats of white wash on plastered surfaces and two coats of bituminious paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces and ncessary earth work in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed

S & F rotational moulded polyethylene double layer water tanks (vertical cylindrical with close top) as per IS 12701: 1996 of 500 litres capacity hoisted and fixed in position including provision of 20 mm /15 mm dia medium grade GI pipe for connecting inlet, outlet, over flow and washout pipes all as specified and as directed.

S & F rotational moulded polyethylene double layer water tanks (vertical cylindrical with close top) as per IS 12701: 1996 of 1000 litres capacity hoisted and fixed in position including provision of 20 mm /15 mm dia medium grade GI pipe for connecting inlet, outlet, over flow and washout pipes all as specified and as directed.
