Development of Road at Village Laikera, Sundargarh.

Loosening, levelling and Compacting original ground supporting embankment to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment, scarified to a depth of 150 mm, mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in Table 300-2 for embankment construction & clause 305 of MORTH specification of Road & Bridge works (5th Revision). including cost of all labours, materials, conveyance, loading and unloading, taxes (excluding GST), sundries, T&P etc all complete as per direction of the Engineer -in-charge.

Laying, spreading and compacting moorum in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled road/vibratory rollers 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade complete in all respects as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Rates include cost of materials, labour, conveyance, loading & unloading, taxes (excluding GST) and T&P etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer -in-charge.

Construction of granular sub-base (Grading IV) by providing well graded local available material having liquid limit and plastic index not more than 25 & 6 percent respectively and with a minimum CBR value of 15 and spreading in uniform layers with tractor grader on prepared surface at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 402 of MORD including cost, conveyance royalty and taxes of all materials required for the work, all labour & T & P required and as per direction of the Engineer -in- charge.

Providing Display board of size 1800mm X 1500mm made out of 2 mm thick MS sheet, Letter, symbols, borders etc. will be as per IRC - 67 with required colour scheme on the boards and with the high intensity grade A. The MS sheet to be riveted to M.S. frame of angle iron of size 40x40x4 mm. The boards will be fixed to 1 No. 50x50 mm square post made of M.S. angle 50x50x4 mm, 4 m long welded to the frame with adequate anti-theft arrangement. Sheet work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint over an under coat (primer) and back side of MS sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint including appropriate priming coat complete in all respects as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Rates include cost of materials, labour, conveyance, loading & unloading, taxes (excluding GST) and T&P etc. complete as per the direction of EIC.
