Hiring of Agency for organizing the competitions during 36th Surajkund International Crafts Mela-2023 (as per scope of work mentioned in tender document)
Designing the content, rules and regulations and guidelines for multiple competitions - (minimum 25 & maximum 40 competitions)
Designing of participation forms and invitation letters to invite school/ colleges and universities
Registration of participants through online weblink and QR Code (SSL Certified)
Arrangement of formally dressed manpower to visit and invite approximate 200 schools/ colleges and universities (minimum 3000 participants registration through online QR Code)
Arrangement of competent Judges for all the competitions (25 competitions to 40 competitions
Manpower for the execution & management of competitions, stage management and registration on the day of event (15 male, 10 female promoters, 2 security guards) - 9 am till competitions end) for complete event
Professional anchor for managing all the competitions (9 am to 7 pm) for complete event for 15 days
Sound system / Professional Stage / Led video wall as per the Scope of Work mentioned in Tender document for complete event
Providing snacks shall consists of a) Small Tetra Pack Real Juice 1 nos b) Veg Sandwich 1 nos c) Small Dry Kachori 1 nos) Banana/fruit – 1 nos with the box branded with HTC & Surajkund Mela
