Soppy, fixing, testing and commissioning of Silent diesel (Acoustic Enclosure as per CPCB II norms) engine driven water cooled radiator type generating set 320KVA/256KW,0.8 pf lagging,1500 RPM, 415 Volt, 3 Phase, 4 wire directly coupled to diesel engine, mounted on common base frame,AVM pads vibration damper with factory made AMF panel suitable for 320 KVA DG set along with connected accessories, relays, engine as per BS:5514, ISO 3046 of capacity not less than 303 bhp and alternator of 320 kVA rating as per IS 4722, BS 5000, generator set prime rating as per ISO:8528-5-G2 complete with relay panel for automatic starting on main electric supply failure, control panel having meters, sound proof canopy with AVR control excitation, power factor 0.8 with suitable rated battery with acoustic enclosure fabricated out of 1.6mm CRCA steel after nine tank process, surface pre treated with foam materials, conforming to IS7888/IS8183 and pure polyester powder coating complete as per CPCB II norms, sound level 75dB (A) at one meter from enclosure surface in free field condition as per ISO:8528-5-G2 suitable for using with AMF system and foundation etc complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-charge and comprising of the following. AMF CONTROL PANEL SPECS : (i) Automatic Mains Failure (AMF) Control Panel, factory made shall be able to start up the DG set and transfer the load on to the DG set on mains failure without requiring any human intervention. Similarly on restoration of mains supply, it shall be able to transfer the load to mains supply and switch off the DG set automatically. (ii) The AMF panel shall be an enclosure with IP-53 degree of protection confirming to IS/IEC 0947 (Pt-1)/2007, fabricated from minimum 1.6mm thick CRCA sheet duly pre-treated and aesthetically finished. (iii) The AMF Control Panel shall have the following instruments:

NOTES FOR ITEM NO.4 TO 7 (i) The DG panel and AMF panel shall be complete with internal wiring with suitable size of multi stranded copper cable. The control cables and relays of various panels are included in the scope of this items. (ii) Tools shall be supplied as per manufacturer's instructions and rate quoted is deemed to be included in the cost of DG set (iii) Necessary grouting including mild steel work and anti vibration pad shall be provided by the contractor (iv) First filling of lubricants / engine oil/ Diesel for 10% over loading for one hour in twelve hours duration by artificial electric load test run deemed to be included in the rate quoted for the item. (v) Necessary PCC foundation along with one meter plinth protection including connected earth work for installation of DG Set shall be provided as per manufacturer's recommendation and cost deemed to be included in the rate quoted for the same (vi) Necessary 10% over load test shall be carried out in the presence of Rep of accepting officer/IEM (vii) 2 Nos of chequered rubber Mat (Red colour) heavy duty size of 1 mtr x 2 Mtr x 19 mm with ISI marked complete deemed to be included in the rate quoted for the item.

(viii) The contractor shall be carry out all electrical incoming/outgoing connection of cables including cable glands, thimbles, nut, bolt, washers, etc, cable will be measured and paid under respective items of schedule. (ix) Contractor shall submit the complete drawing of DG set with AMF panel which showing the complete drawing, capacities of all controls, contacts, relays, etc including its make.

Material and labor as in repair for earth continuity conductor or main earthing strip fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed with poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required using galvanized iron strip of size 32 X 6 mm including neccery drilling works, jointing, etc complete all as directed .

Supply and lay cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, electric power cable, heavy duty, 1100 volt grade with stranded aluminum conductor of size 300 sq mm, 3.5 core complete all as directed by the engr-in-charge

Supply and lay cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, electric power cable, heavy duty, 1100 volt grade with stranded aluminum conductor of size 240 sq mm, 3.5 core complete all as directed .

Supply and lay cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, electric power cable, heavy duty, 1100 volt grade with stranded aluminum conductor of size 400 sq mm, 3.5 core complete all as directed .

Supply and lay cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, electric power cable, heavy duty, 1100 volt grade with stranded aluminum conductor of size 10 sq mm, 4 core complete all as directed .

M&L for GI tubing medium grade (ISI marked) with all fitting/accessories for protection of cable on pole/wall and under road crossing including clamps, nut bolt etc all as specified and directed of size 80 mm dia

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter depth and getting out in soft / loose soil for laying of cable all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for common burnt clay building bricks sub-class 'B' designation of size 230X115X75mm as cable protection complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for sand cushioning for under ground cables complete all as specified and as directed . (Note: for the Measurent purpose only punned thickness shall be measured & paid)

Returning and filling of soil including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed .

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level, not exceeding 1.5 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting existing road/hardstand/concrete blocks/slabs/brick work or stone masonry of any type by using crow bar chisel up to a depth of 30 cm for laying GI pipe including making good the surface by returning filling watering ramming in layers cold mix bitumen over 200 mm thick hard core of broken bricks/stones over returning filling watering ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed .

Materials and labour for earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly and preferably vertically in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected with and including galvanised earth strip of size 32 x 6mm by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron or steel earthing lead to be protected by galvanised iron pipe 40 mm bore (medium grade) and other end connected to earthing test point or lightening arrestor or main controlling switch as directed including providing funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (medium grade), wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) all round the earth electrode, concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar 5 cm C/C both ways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia) including necessary earth work in excavation, returning filling and removal of surplus earth upto a distance not exceeding 50 m etc. all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I(2009) complete including testing on completion all as specified and as directed .
