Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, post embedded in natural ground, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.50 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surface (Soft/loose soil), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement concrtete type B-2 ,1:2:4 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, including , plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.;and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing reinforced cement concrete type B-1, 1: 2: 4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc for fencing ,average sectional area n.exc 100 sq cm with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops complete all as specified and as directed and fixed.

M&L for providing reinforced cement concrete type B-1, 1: 2: 4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc for fencing, average sectional area exc 100 sq cm and n.exc 250 sq c with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops complete all as specified and as directed and fixed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 8mm dia in stirrups, binders, spacers etc, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixed as in repair for Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, includig, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc complete all as specified and as directed. (each line wire to be measured)

Demolition of brickwork built in cement mortor including all quoins arches, pillars etc complete & removal complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste of formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns etc rough finished surface square, rectangular on plan or polygonal complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape and directed ,drilling holes, notching for wire ,etc ,flat iron fillets for securing chainlink/wire mesh including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc, conforming to Fe-290, Gde E-165, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of colour wash over a coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed. Note:-The contract sum shall be arrieved at after deducting amount of schedule of credit from the total quoted amount.
