(A). Pump room
Dismantling carefully RCC work of any thickness including chase cutting/cleaning reinforcements as directed including stacking of serviceable materials if any, at site as per direction and deposingof unserviceable materials from work site including mending good the surface to match with adjacent surface complete with all labour and materials in all floors.
Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection, complete as per drawing and direction. Tor steel (SAIL/TATA/RINL)
M.S. structural works with hollow sections ( square or rectangular shape) conforming to IS: 806-1957 & IS:1161-1958) connected to one another with bracket, gusset, cleat as per design, drawing & direction of Engineerin- Charge complete including cutting to requisite shape & size, fabrication including metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816- 1956 & IS: 9595 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814- 1957, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete. The rate includes the cost of all M.S. Hollow section, all consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charges of all tools and plants and labour reqired for execution and all incidental chages (such as electricity, labour insurance) etc. complete. For other Structural works like galleries etc.
The rate should include painting all steel surfaces with two coats of approved synthetic enamel paints over a coat of primer.(SAIL/TATA/RINL)

Supplying and application of chemical for post Installed rebar connection by using ETA approved for seismic criteria In rebar connection, Including drilling hole to the required depth by rotary hammer drill, cleonlng with brush & jet of clean air, /filling chemical(HIT-RE 500 or equivalant) using serrated nozzle to eliminate mIxIng error and in a voldless manner IncludIng charges for all tools & plants. Application to be designed for post· Installed rebars as per ECZ / TR023 or relevant tested and accepted design guidelines and the design document to be furnished by the manufacturer. The chemical should have ETA apprOVal for seIsmIc criteria of rebar fixing whIch should be furnished by manufacturer. The installation and the setting instructions should be strIctly followed as per manufacturer's specl/icatlons as approved by EICprior to drlll/ng along with post· Installed rebar embedment design report. The existing concrete member should be scanned using rebar scanner to avoid hitting existing reinforcement in concrete during drilling. complete in all respect & all floor, Roof & above.

The rate includes the cost of rolled steel section, consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charge of all tools and plants and labour required for the work including all incidental chages such as electricity charges, labour insurance charges etc. Payment to be made on the basis of calculated weight of structural members only in finished work as per IS specified weight. Payment for gusset, bracket, cleat, rivets, bolts and nuts may be make by adding the actual weight of such items with the weight of finished structural members or 7% of weight for finished structural members weighing not less than 22.5 Kg. / m. or 15 % of weight for finished structal members weighing less than 22.5 Kg. / m. may be increased allow for bracket, cleat, rivet, bolts and nuts etc. and no seperate payment being made for these items, as per direction of Engineer In Charge. The rates are considered for a height of erection 8m. / 2nd floor level from the ground. Add 1.5% extra over the rate for each additional floor or 4m. beyond initiial 8m. or part thereof. For structural members of specified sections weighing less than 22.5 Kg./m

Supplying and laying true to line and level vitrified tiles of approved brand (size not less than 600 mm X 600 mm X 10 mm thick) in floor, skirting etc. set in 20 mm sand cement mortar (1:4) and 2 mm thick cement slurry back side of tiles using cement @ 2.91Kg./sqM or using polymerised adhesive (6 mm thick layer applied directly over finished artificial stone floor/Mosaic etc without any backing course) laid after application slurry using 1.75 Kg of cement per sqM below mortar only, joints grouted with admixture of white cement mortar only, joints grouted with admixture of white cement and colouring pigment to match with colour of tiles / epoxy groutmaterialsofapprovedmakeasdirectedand removalof wax coating of top surface of tiles with warm water and polishing the tiles using soft and dry cloth upto mirror finish completeincludingthecostofmaterials,labourand allother incidental charges complete true to the manufacturer's specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.(White cement, synthetic adhesive and grout material to be supplied by the contractor). (D). REPAIIR & RETROFITTING WORKS :- All repair & retorfitting works to be executed by the authorized applicator of the original manufacturer(FOSROC/SIKA/Dr Fixit) and specific approval to be obtained from Webel before starting of the work alongwith detailed methodology of work
Dismantling/Removal of old/existing plaster or skirting, raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.
Chipping

Cleaning the exposed reinforcement preferably upto full diameter by wire brush, applying two coats of polymer based rust removing compound left for 24 hours, removing the coating and then applying two (2) coats of polymer modified anti corrosive protective coating formulated to inhibit the corrosion of reinforcement as per manufacturer's specification] [Mode of measurement:The affected surface area of reinforcement shall be considered for payment]
Additional Reinforcement
Providing and Fixing of new reinforcement of various diameter as required at site and lapping, welding,suitably to old reinforcment - Tor Steel/Mild Steel(SAIL/TATA/RINL)
Applying 2 coats of Non-Toxic Acrylic Polymer modified Paint having adhesive & waterproofing properties by mixing in proportion (1 liquid: 4 cementitious material) or as per manufacturer's specification for water proofing layer in water tank etc.
Reinstate of new concrete
Polymer concrete made with water resistant bonding agent of synthetic rubber emulsion as per manufacturer's specification excluding the cost of cement concrete (2.75 Kg / bag of cement) Note : Payment on volume of (1 : 1½ : 3) Concrete.
Providing and laying of ploymer modified single component , alkaline resistant fibre reinforced, thixotropic, cementitious patch repair mortar that achieves compressive strength> 20Mpa at 1 day & > 45Mpa at 28 days , tensile strength > 7 Mpa at 28 days. Finishing the same carefully with trowel compacting the same around rebars and finishing to bring it in line with existing concrete surface on the beams, slabs, piles etc where the thickness of application is average 30mm in patches as per specification after applying bonding coat. Item rate is inclusive of materials all labour, tools and tackles, scaffolding and transportation etc complete as directed by Engg-in-charge.
Crack Repair
Repairing crack in wall by cement grouting (1 : 2) including widening the crack on the surface (into V section) cleaning and packing the same with cement mortar (1 : 2) and finishing off to match with adjacent surface. (Cement-69 Kg/100 m)
Providing and applying crystalline mortar by mixing in the ratio of 4.5 : 1 (4.5 parts crystalline mortar : 1 part water) for the treatment of faulty construction joints, cracks, tie rod holes and spalled & honeycombed surface of RCC underground structures like basement, water tanks, bridge deck etc. to ensure water tightness. The crystallie mortar shall conform to the EN 1504-3 having compressive strength Class R4 > 45 MPa and adhesive bond strength Class R3 > 1.5 MPa. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leakage.
For sealing cracks and faulty construction joints, routed out/making U-shape groove size 25x25mm and then primed the area with integral crystalline slurry @0.05kg/ running metre and while the surface is tacky filled the groove upto surface with crystalline mortar @1.50kg/running metre. Once crystalline mortar is touch dry thenfinally applied two coats of integral crystalline slurry @0.05kg/running metre per coat.
Injection Grouting
Providing and inserting 12mm dia galvanised steel injection nipple in honey comb area and along crack line including drilling of holes of required diametre (20mm to 30mm) up to depth from 30mm to 150mm at required spacing and making the hole & crack dust free by blowing compressed air, sealing the distance between injection nipple with adhesive chemical of approved make and allow it to cure complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
Providing and injecting approved grout in proportion recommended by the manufacturer into cracks/honey-comb area of concrete/ masonry by suitable gun/pump at required pressure including cutting of nipples after curing etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-in- Charge. (The payment shall be made on the basis of actual weight of approved grout injected.)

Protective Plaster
Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary.
