Taking Down, defective / unserviceble hermetically sealed Compressor of scroll type, 3 phase, 415 voits of ductable, package type AC units, 8.6/ 7.5 TR Capacity including de-brazing the suction & discharge lines, disconnecting the cable connection etc., replacing the compressor with new compressor, fixing it to the unit, brazing and interconnecting the refrigeration lines with necessary copper pipe, copper and silver rods, sockets, elbows, flushing the refrigeration lines, condenser, evaporator with Nitrogen gas, pressure testing, checking of leaks, holding the pressure for 24 Hrs vaccumising the complete system, purging with refrigerant gas, de-hydrating and charging of R-410A & R-134A gas, testing & commissioning complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : (i) Make & Specifications of compressor shall be as per existing one. (ii) Supply only gas R-410A & R-134A shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item. Material & Labour for replacement of rusted body portions of Ductable / Cassette type Air Conditioning units, 3.5 / 5.5 / 5.8 TR Capacity with the existing material of same thickness like M.S. Sheet, Angle Iron, tinkering the partially corroded portion matching to the existing shape & size, including bending, welding / brazing and removing the existing foam pad, scraping out the old paint of the body, cleaning the surface thoroughly, apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer and refixing all the components, renew all the corroded bolt & nuts connecting up all the electrical connections testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Unit quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of transportation cost to workshop and back (if any))

S & F in repairs PVC pipe, 25mm dia as in drain pipe including 6mm foam insulation with necessary adhesive and necessary fittings such as elbow/bends/clamps etc of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed.

SPLIT ACs M & L for taking down defective split type AC unit, shifting to work shop, taking out the defective compressor of capacity 1.5 T capacity from unit, replacing the compressor with new compressor, refixing the compressor to the unit, cleaning refrigeration system with CTC thoroughly, leak testing with refrigerant gas, testing at workshop, shifting to location, re-installing the same in its original position, connecting up all electrical connections, testing and commissioning complete all as per existing make and specifications and as directed. (Note : Rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of cutting, brazing, sealing the refrigeration tubing, replacement of strainer, cost of CTC, refrigerant gas and CO2 etc., required for the job including transportation to worshop and back to site.) M & L for scrapping the existing painting of the complete body of out door unit metallic surfaces, cleaning the surface thoroughly, applying two coats of approved synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer for 1.5 / 2/3 Ton capacity split type ACs complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs Power contactor, single pole, 415 Volts, 50 Hz coil voltage suitable for 1.5/2.0 Ton capacity Split ACs complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for replacement of thermal insulation suitable for Split ACs of capacity 1.5/2.0/3.0 Ton complete all as existing specifications and as directed.
